This was a lovely condo right in the heart of Steamboat Springs! Plenty of room for our family of four. It was clean and well supplied! We easily could have used the kitchen more, but ate at the many restaurants in the area instead. We walked almost everywhere we went. We got checked-in and checked-out with no issues and the designated parking spot was right outside our door. A little loud at night if you had the windows open, but to be expected in the location it was. The portable AC units were a nice addition- our only safety concern was access in/out through the bedroom window this was set-up in. Otherwise a lovely place to stay!!

Steamboat marathon stay!

Location couldn’t be more perfect! The place was a little warm but we survived by the window AC units. Check in started at 4 pm and we showed up at 5:30 to some workers in the place finishing up a couple tasks including painting and hanging shower curtains. They were just finishing so it was no problem! The hosts were very communicative. The shuffle board and games were very fun!

Nice property!

Location is great, many restaurants close by, easy to catch the bus to ski. Teens loved the video games and shuffleboard table. Only complaint was the master bedroom gets really hot, even when it is really cold outside. We went spring break. We were able to hook up the air conditioner unit provided by the owner. We could hear the people above us often, especially in one of the bedrooms. Overall, great place to stay, very clean, everything

Delightful Downtown Condo

This was the perfect property for our visit to steamboat. Everything was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is right in the heart of downtown, literally steps away from several restaurants, many shops and drinking establishments.

Perfect Location for Skiing in Steamboat Springs

The location is perfect for walking around town, finding restaurants, and right across the street from Howelsen Hill (with FREE ski Sundays). The condo was very warm and we had to leave the door open/cracked on several occasions to cool it down. We turned the heat completely off. There was noise from above (as mentioned in another review) but not so much to disturb any of us. The shuffle board and video games are a great addition!

If you don’t care about noise

The condo was right downtown near all the restaurants and bars. Even though the restaurants closed at 10:00pm people stayed out in the streets partying until midnight to 2:00 am. Then the trash trucks would come around 4:00. The people that lived up stairs were up at 4:30 am. So for 5 nights we got no sleep.

Great location. Had traffic noise and noise from late night revelers. The apartment has little natural light since blinds need to be closed for privacy. Had well equipped kitchen. Odd that the back entrance goes through one of the bedrooms.

We had an amazing stay. Very clean, owner was responsive and we love playing the shuffle board the video games! Close to dining and shops, we walked everywhere. Highly recommend!

Location Was Great, But Needs Some Attention

There is no question this is a fantastic location. However, there are some challenges. There are two AC units -- one in a non-master bedroom and one in the family room. To circulate air inside the condo you need to utilize a combination of open doors, open windows and ceiling fans. It's a lot of work to go through to make the place cool, and you need to keep your bedroom doors open while sleeping. With an open window in the master bedroom, you hear lots of noise from the restaurants/bars/people outside. None of the window blinds had functioning pull strings -- so to open a window, you needed to hold the relatively heavy blinds up with one hand while struggling to open the window with the other (when two hands are really needed to open the window!). The AC in the living room is anchored to the big window at the front of the condo -- facing out to the street. This big window's blinds cannot come down because they are blocked by the AC unit's base. Therefore, there is no privacy from the outside world in the one common area of the condo. The unit is pretty dark (especially the master bedroom), even with all the lights on. And lastly, the back door entry to the unit (from the parking space) leads right into a bedroom, which is problematic at night if someone is sleeping in that bedroom, etc.

Just As Described

This was my first time ever booking or staying in a VRBO home. The property and location were just as described -which was great. My family and I had a great time and were so pleased with our "home". It was very clean, great location, with space for all of us. I recommend this property!

FUN indeed!

The 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was phenomenal. Our annual trip to Steamboat was beyond expectations and this location MADE THAT HAPPEN. Cleanliness was 1000% incredible ✨ Wonderful instructions and welcome packet covered EVERYTHING needed to make anyone's trip incredible. 🎉 Everything you need - towels, hairdryer, broom, sponges, large fridge / freezer, dinner table, toaster, kitchen utensils, and more!! It is absolutely amazing to be in town but to be at a "home away from home" that has thought of all your needs makes the retreat incredible. 🏡 In sum: FAB location, sparkling clean, well stocked, and everything covered. Shuffle board was a hit!!
