3 families wanting to do a weekend vacation with all of our kids and it was perfect. Everyone had their own floor, and the living space was open and especially loved that all the windows and doors opened to the outside. Great location. The lower levels got a little warm, but otherwise it was great.

Best in Steamboat Springs

The house was perfect for our large family. Pleasantly surprised with the free shuttle. Were accomodated with two extra nights after our flight was cancelled. Only issue was the inoperable hot tub. Management did send someone over to look at it, unfortunately it could not be fixed. Steamboat Vacation even gave us complimentary admission to Old Town Springs.

Great stay.

Wonderfully house in Steamboat. Has a hot tub and within walking distance to the pool. The management of this property was amazing. They had stellar communication and made our stay enjoyable. Will be back to stay.

Outstanding Property - even better views!

Start to finish this property exceeded expectations. Location is perfect. Home was wonderfully appointed - from cook supplies to linens. Communication via text with the property managers was very convenient - and access to the shuttle was a huge bonus. Already looking at return dates.

Helpful Property Manager and Beautiful Home and Views

The spacious home was maintained, clean and equipped with the necessities. The views from the multiple decks were amazing. It is truly the view house. Parking was an issue, but we were able to modify.

Most snow in 13 years

Great property, had a wonderful time as Steamboat received the most snow in 13 years. Property has everything you would need, including a bbq and hot tub. Just note that the outdoor fireplace and deck area doesn't seem to be available during the winter as it was all wrapped up. One fantastic bonus is that the personal shuttle was super convenient.

Great family getaway

This beautiful, clean, well equipped house was perfect for our visit to Steamboat. There was plenty of room for everyone and the extra details that went into making us feel welcome were a great touch! We hope to visit again soon!

Nice home for two families

Clean, modern home perfect for large group. We had two families share this house for the week and it was spacious and comfortable for all. The kitchen and living area was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with like new pans, pots, and accessories to make cooking (and cleaning up) very easy. The basement level did get a little warm in the daytime during our summer stay (no AC) but since we were out of the house during the daytime most days it wasn’t really any issue. The fans helped and at night with the windows open it cooled down quickly. The kids didn’t seem to mind and had a great time in “their own space” watching movies and playing shuffle board. Overall the beds, furniture and space were comfortable, clean and nice for all. Location was good. About 10 minutes to town and a short drive to the mountain base action. We were disappointed to learn that the gondola that is right by the property and takes you up to the mountain base doesn’t run in the summer, but we did a few hikes up to the base which made for easy and nice walks (driving was also an easy option). Access to the gym and pool were a nice bonus! The host was prompt in their communication and well organized with providing house and town information. They were also very accommodating with our early check in request which is always appreciated. Overall it is a great house for a large family or multi family/larger group.

Great Family Vacation House

Great house for our family vacation! House was very clean and well stocked. Location was convenient to the main area of town. Nice pool plus a hot tub on to the top deck. Beautiful view from kitchen and living room area! The staff from Steamboat Lodging was very responsive to any questions we had regarding the house and amenities. Would definitely recommend this house!

Outstanding Place to Stay

Everything about the property itself exceeds expectations. The rooftop hot tub is incredible. The kitchen area opens up to unbelievable views. We had no issues with the SONOS (connecting your device to the wifi allows you to play Spotify directly on it.) The location is also great - our only gripe would be the neighbors are a bit much but a mild inconvenience and we would definitely stay here again.

Great house, with great space. No central AC is the only downside as some rooms got quite warm.

Great experience overall! The property had fantastic space for my family of 4 as well as our friends family of 4. The only downside was no central AC, so some of the rooms did get pretty warm. Would definitely rent this property again in the winter when the AC wouldn’t be an issue.

Very spacious, clean, up to date

Great house all around. 12 of us stated and we had plenty of room to comfortably work remotely etc. Wish this house was a little closer of a walk to the gondola, but the private shuttle was very good too

Perfect Home, location, and amenities!

We stayed for a week during this Christmas break with my wife, myself, 3 kids, and one of their friends. The home has 5 bedrooms and 2 of them have queen/full bunk beds. Everyone had their own room. The property was spotless. Every little thing that we needed was there in the kitchen too! The family loved the rooftop hot tub and the game room. We watched movies in both living rooms. The location cannot be beat!
