We stayed here for a week during Christmas break. The house is so nice! Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make meals there. We had an amazing time in Steamboat springs!

The Best!

This place is amazing and the hosts are the best. They have thought of everything, and our stay was great. Highly recommended. Plenty of public and private space for adults and kids alike. The pool is right out the back door, which was a huge hit with the kids.

Well equipped and great comnunication

The house is just as described. Easy access to the resort by bus and plenty of beds and baths. We were a group of 3 adults and 4 kids. This was a great spot for 2 families and really awesome hosts who replied quickly when needed. Highly recommend.

Great place and location

We had a great time and the place was great. The host was super accommodating and was great with communication. The place was located right on the bus line which we used to catch a ride to the base of the mountain. We would look at booking this place again if we ever go back to Steamboat.

Home away from home

Wonderful and just as advertised! Property owners were so helpful and provided lots of information with the listing accurately showing beds and space. As long as stairs are not an issue, we were able to comfortably accommodate 9 for dinner, relaxing and sleep! Highly recommend!

Outstanding in All Areas

Staying and Don and Montie's condo was a wonderful experience for our family. This beautiful and spacious condo hits a perfect 10 on all points: Upgraded and well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, exceptional beds with upgraded linens and plenty of space to spread out. I had my family of four (2 adults, 2 children), along with 2 more adults and we all had plenty of space whether watching sports in the living room or finding a quiet place to read in the loft. This will be our go to condo every time we visit Steamboat!

We had a great stay at Don and Montie's place. It was spacious and clean! Check-in was seamless and the location was perfect for grabbing the shuttle to the mountain and into town.

Tremendous

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It has everything you’d ever want or need for a stay and the location is great. The shuttle stop across the street from the parking lot makes getting to the mountain and around town so easy. It’s just a few short blocks to the base. The property has a really unique floor plan that really let us spread out, but at the same time was very cozy. It was clean, updated, and spacious. We would definitely recommend it.

Steamboat Ski Trip

Clean, beautifully remodeled, excellent location. Friendly and communicative hosts. Parking is a little tricky if you have multiple parties in your group driving separate and plan to fill the house as there is only two spots and no other parking. NOT the hosts fault but something to think ahead on. We managed just fine. We ran into some issues with the thermostat and furnace, however Don took great care of us. Overall excellent stay, would recommend and stay here again.

Amazing VRBO Experience!

I cannot emphasize enough what a great experience this stay was! The condo is beautiful and very spacious! It had EVERYTHING we needed for even our large family group! It’s more room than it appears!! Everything was super clean and in large part updated very nicely! Showers were awesome!! Bed was amazing!! Kitchen was perfect for preparing all our meals in house with a very nice size table and extra chairs also at the bar!! The family room was so cozy and welcoming with a great gas fireplace that heated it up there very nicely! Seriously the best VRBO experience that I have had. I would recommend this place very highly! Not only was the condo perfect, but the owners were great from start to finish! Great communication and VERY welcoming and friendly! They made the check in and checkout process a breeze! They included and stressed the importance of the parking lot procedures so we were prepared and it all just worked out wonderfully!! We cannot thank you two enough for a wonderful family weekend!

Perfect place to stay

This place was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and our place was spotless. The owner was amazing. Any questions we had he immediately got back to us. You are close to skiing. The bus stop is a few feet away. Grocery store is 5 minutes and all the shops and great places to eat are about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Don!!

A+ from start to finish!!

This property and it's hosts are extra special!! The communication was top notch and we felt so taken care of. From the moment we booked, they made sure we had all the information that we needed. We recieved sevearl messages as our stay approached and were check on several times. The place is amazing!! Close to the slopes, comfortable, roomy, and has all the extra things you could ever need. We cooked in a wonderful kitchen, played games, enjoyed the fire, and relaxed. It really was a perfect family vacation in a fabulous place. We would stay there again anytime!!!! 7 adults.. Beds were comfy!! 1 baby... They had a portable crib for us along with a highchair seat for the kitchen chair!! WOW!!!!

Best stay ever!

This property accommodated 10 people. Six adults and four children. Everything you can possibly want/need is in the house. The pool is a hop, skip and a jump from the back porch. Highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

This was the third year we've stayed at this condo. We lost our son in June of 2020 and he loved Steamboat. We really enjoy getting together as a family to celebrate his life. The condo is very comfortable and can accommodate all of us. We hope to go again next year.

Incredible Spot in Steamboat!

The VRBO was a great place to stay! It was quite spacious and was extremely close to the bus stop to the ski resort. The owner was great with communication and answered all my questions. Would stay again!
