Wonderful home for family trip

Our family, including our adult kids and seven grandchildren, had an amazing ski vacation at this home in Steamboat. The house was spotless, well-laid out, and perfect for a large group. We loved the long dining table and ample counter seating, which made meals and gatherings so enjoyable. The location was close to everything, and the on-demand shuttle service was fantastic. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!

Nice house, convenient to slopes, bus and town. Huge kitchen. Had 14 adult men and we had plenty of room. I’d stay here again. Thanks !

Fun Weekend

This property is excellent for a large family gathering. Steamboat is a fun town. The property was very well cared for, clean and the managing company was very prompt with any question we had. We celebrated our 50 wedding anniversary with our children, son-laws and all our grandchildren.

This home was perfect for our four family spring break adventure! It was fully stocked with everything we needed including baby items. The complimentary shuttle was super easy to get back and forth to the mountain with all of our gear as well as downtown for dinner and shopping. We were even able to enjoy some good basketball games in the driveway!

Great large Family Ski vacation

Great place , need to add additional water heater, the existing one can’t support large family needs. Also during our stay the heat boiler for the first floor was inoperative. Despite that we will stay there again

very nice for large group

The house worked very well for us. Ages 6 weeks to 70 years. 15 total and room for more. Walking distance to bus stop. Pretty near grocery stores and cafes. Good value for what it is.

Beautiful home and overall quite enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Majestic Vista Chalet and would likely stay there again if the opportunity comes along. There is just about everything you could need as far as amenities and how the kitchen is stocked which is nice as many places don't always have the little things. Only wished they had a Keurig. They had a mini expresso thing but we couldn't even find pods to fit it. Only other thing is the treadmill wouldn't work well enough for use by my son in law. He's a big guy but it's a nice machine and shouldn't have been an issue. They tried to fix but couldn't get it to work. That said, not a big negative and they were real quick to try to fix it. The temperature in the house was nice once we figured out how to turn down the heat in some areas. The beds are comfortable with lots of options as far as arrangements. The management was really fantastic and true to their word to try and make everything as smooth as possible. The shuttle service also is exemplary.

Amazing Vacation

Our large family recently spent a week in Steamboat Springs at Majestic Vista! Amazing is simply an understatement! The home is beautiful! Very spacious for our group of 16. The kids loved the bunk room and having the entertainment level right outside their door. The pool and hot tub were both a huge hit. I love to cook and the kitchen is so spacious with a magnificent view of the mountains. It was well-stocked with all the necessities (cookware, bakeware and spices!). 3 sinks, 2 dishwashers and tons of counter space! The bedrooms are so spacious and there are essentially 3 master suits! So many bathrooms too! The upstairs loft was great for a family in our party. We loved the deck and spent much time in the morning and evenings, playing games, having a cup of coffee or just enjoying the stunning view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and is convenient to everything yet very private! The mud room at the entrance was perfect for taking off our shoes after a long hike! The kids loved the basketball goal as well. We saw a bear our first night walking through the brush out back! The horseshoe pit was fun too! The fitness room and pool table were used as well! We would definitely recommend this lovely home for anyone looking for a family retreat!

Perfect home for a large group in Steamboat!

This home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect size and layout for our large 12-person group, ranging from ages 1 to 62, with plenty of space for everyone to gather or relax and spread out. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, with each family having their own bathrooms to avoid morning mayhem.The pool table, foosball and game table kept everyone entertained for hours, regardless of age. Our son enjoyed the weight room which was an extra bonus. It was hard to beat the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub, both a true luxury to have in a rental home. The kitchen was beyond well-equipped and made it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. We especially appreciated the infant gear that was stocked, saving us precious packing space. Plus, the breathtaking mountain views from the home added to the overall ambiance. All of this made the home feel like a 5 star resort in a very private setting. Beyond the amazing home itself, Steamboat Lodging Company was fantastic! They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, from reservation to check-in, during our stay and check-out. Communication was a breeze, and we always had someone to reach out to if needed. Getting to the mountain from the house was easy, and the location was perfect for exploring all that Steamboat has to offer. I highly recommend this home to anyone, especially large groups, looking for a memorable stay in Steamboat! Whether you're a large group of families or friends, this place has everything you need for an amazing vacation.

MAJESTIC COMFY FAMILY HOME

Thank You Steamboat Lodging for managing a beautiful home for MVCs owners. Last week was the family get a way I needed after rough 2021. Had my fingers crossed for 9months after making the reservation on Majestic Vista Chalet. Turns out the pictures in rental are true. I was even more impressed once i walked in the door. Wide open spaces in main level and basement party room made for some memorable family moments. Plenty of space to not feel hemmed in but still be together as a family. In the kitchen alone 3 sinks 2 dishwashers extra large refridgerator and a high end appliance package made delicious meals and cleanup easy. Shopping and dining and mtn base all within walking distance or easy drive. 10 minutes to Steamboat proper. Dont want to drive. From MVC ample bike trails to take you anywhere. I recommend the Core trail which follows river and provides additional photo vistas. Before I knew it the week was over for the 18 of us from 1yr old to 70s with all having an awesome time. MVC and Steamboat Lodging provided a clean comfy everything you need for wonderful family gathering. Added bonus a Momma moose and two babies meandered in backyard and stayed most evening. Yet another confirmation the owners and MVC provide beautiful home to be at. Surrounded by Aspens Im sure the Fall colors are amazing before the snow flies. One more piece of advice. BOOK IT you wont be dissapointed. Steamboat Lodging will be there for you the entire stay.

Oh My Goodness!!!

We had a group of 15 - 4 families - kids ranging from 4-16! We loved the house and the pool was the center of entertainment! We had our Olympic Races outside in the beautiful yard and Team Kids won! Peggy at Steamboat Lodging was exceptional and we would highly recommend Majestic Vista Chalet! The house is in a great location and a magnificent view of the mountains from the deck. We will be back next summer! Until next time!

A great Autumn weekend in Steamboat

This is a terrific property for a large family or group of friends. We hosted 6 adults and 6 kids with lots of room to spare. Loved the kitchen with multiple sinks and garbage drawers and lots of counter space to allow simultaneous cooking projects and cocktail mixing. Many hours were spent in the pool and hot tub.

Outstanding week in Steamboat Springs

Terrific house for a big family. Large, well-equipped kitchen for meals. Deck is awesome for relaxing, watching sun come up with morning coffee as well as for evening dinners without bright sun. Big yard for kids (we were there w three grandchildren). Pool was a huge hit for both kids and adults. Easy access to bike trails. Hosts were incredibly responsive to questions. All questions addressed via text within minutes of sending. Great location to have a safe family vacation without much need to leave house/property.

Great last minute trip!

Our spring break cruise to Mexico was canceled due to Corona Virus so we made a last minute change in plans and came her instead! The home is huge and the indoor pool was just what our 5 teens needed. Thanks for getting us in on such short notice.

Really amazing house!

The house is large and can easily accommodate large groups. Fun layout allows for people to gather around the kitchen with out feeling cramped, a little outdated but everything functions perfectly. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could need to cook your meals from 2 blenders to 2 mixers all the utensils ever , even a spice drowner. The pool and hot tub are really great we ended up using them more then expected. I would recommend this house!
