Great apartment in a great location
Highlights for us included: -wine on the counter -great ground coffee in the cupboard -all the restaurants we wanted were within 1/4 mile -great views of Howelson hill across the street. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. There were humidifiers for the bedrooms. No complaints here! Great place to stay. Would love the stay again.

Great place to stay in steamboat!
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful downtown condo. It was so clean, wonderful decor, and in a great location. The owner was so nice and very quick to reply to questions. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!

Love this spot!
We loved our stay here! Coffee by the fire watching snow fall out the huge window every morning was dreamy. Cozy, clean, best downtown location. Stocked kitchen for cooking. Convenient parking spot. Comfy beds. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Location
Great apartment right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Very easy to walk all over town. The apartment itself was well played out and furnished with everything you need. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect in every way
Directions and check in was easy. Condo was welcoming… bottle of wine on counter waiting for us!!! It was clean and had everything we could have needed. Communication with owner was perfect as well as the location. Walked to everything we wanted to. Bedrooms were warm during the day but we kept the doors closed and the ac in the living room kept it cold. At night opened the windows and used the fans provided and we were fine! Very nice place!

Summer getaway and gravel bike race
The location of the property overlooking the heart of Yampa street is hard to beat. Steps from restaurants, coffee shops, Yampa river, bike shops, you name it. Everything was exactly as advertised and communication with host was smooth. The unit has everything you need; high quality coffee maker and coffee, bottle of wine, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The big picture window overlooking Yampa opens you up to spectacular views. My wife and I had a spectacular week. We are coming back next year. Highly recommend.

Great spot
This place is very clean, updated and comfortable. Looks better in person than the pictures. Great location right in town, but not on the main street. So many restaurant choices within 1 block of walking. Beautiful view of Howelson Hill, the oldest operating ski hill in the US. Which was also an easy place for beginner and intermediate level skiers to use if you didn't want to make the trek over to Steamboat Mountain. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Matt’s condo in downtown Steamboat Springs
We loved our stay at Matt’s place! The entire space was very clean and was stocked with all travel necessities. The condo was comfortable, beautifully designed and a perfect for our family of 5. We loved spending time downtown and at Howelsen Hill. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect downtown condo
Best location. One block to shuttle and a dozen great restaurants with 2 blocks. Condo has beautiful views of Howelson Hill. Lots of natural sunlight in the afternoon. Private off street parking spot is right under the condo. And our car served as a convenient ski locker. We highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Unit
This condo is a great choice. It is right downtown with a beautiful view of Howelsen Hill, with many restaurants on the same block, and right by the Yampa river path. It is a desirable corner unit, on the third floor (you do need to carry luggage up three flights of stairs). The bedrooms are on the back side, so it is very quiet for a downtown property. The kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked, including a lot of special travel amenities. (I would say the one bathroom is pretty small, however, especially if you are using all the beds.) Everything is newly renovated and cute mountain modern decor. Would stay again and highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time at Matt’s property. He was very communicative. Place was as described. Very clean. Location perfect for families that has mix of non skiers , advanced skiers and beginners. All the restaurants around were delicious! We will be back

Best Place to Stay in Steamboat
Amazing location, close to the mountain which has easy parking, close to down town, and still has a view. Best food in town is steps away. I walked in and was surpised how nice and clean everything was.

Great place - clean, full of light, good pillows!
We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon. The condo was very clean and has all the right basic supplies in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable and pillows too. The bedrooms have blackout blinds and the living room and kitchen have big windows that let in plenty of light. They even have toys in the bedroom closet, which thrilled my son.

Amazing place, location, and communication
We absolutely loved this place. We met our cousin and her 17 year old son there for the weekend. Great central location. On a Saturday, the Farmer's Mkt. is right in front of the condo, which we enjoyed going to. We all raved about the cleanliness, quality of all linens, kitchen items, and the view from the front windows. Communication was excellent - always quick responses and always available if we needed them, which we didn't. We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again!

High end condo in the middle of downtown
If you are looking for a condo that feels more like a boutique hotel, look no further. High end design touches and amenities make this feel just like home - possibly better! It's located smack in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to numerous dining options and bars. Mountain biking is just across the street too. Great location for a short Steamboat getaway.

The location cannot be beat for a summertime stay! Tubing across the street, pool a couple blocks away, and unlimited amazing food all around. Owner was super quick to reply, and the condo is so clean. Everything you need is already here. It’s a bit pricier than other places, but worth it if you want an upgrade.

Best spot in downtown Steamboat!
My family stayed here for my daughter’s soccer tournament. It was the perfect location near all the shops, restaurants and tubing rental. One Parking spot included. We found a free lot a few blocks away for our extra car. The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It has been completely updated and feels like a new build even though it is in an older condo unit. It had everything you might need for a fun weekend! We will be back!

Best summer location in Steamboat
Perfect view of the alpine jump practice facility and Yampa street parade. Directly across from Taco Cabo, tube rentals, bike rentals, and other restaurants and retail shops. Could not be a better location for accessing everything in town. The condo is beautifully remodeled, top floor, and enjoys a large picture window of the street, stores, and Yampa River below.

Exceptional Stay-cation!
We’re locals and wanted to book this place as a little downtown stay-cation with views. We absolutely loved our time here and the immediate access to the Yampa Core Trail. The place was new, clean, and complete; it had everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked above and beyond, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We chose to cook most of our meals, but this place is in the middle of every restaurant downtown. This is now our recommendation to visiting family and friends!!!

Perfect vacation home!
We had a fantastic stay at the condo! Beautifully decorated and extremely functional. We loved that in addition to the look of the place, it was completely stocked with all the kitchen items, bath items, and living items needed for the stay. The only things we needed to purchase for our stay were food and drinks! We stayed over spring break with our 13 year old son and tons of ski gear and we had all the space we needed! The location of the condo is wonderful. Restaurants and shops are right outside the door. We were able to walk to any restaurant we wanted to go to within 5 minutes of the condo. Some even less— Carl’s Tavern and O’Neil’s were both downstairs and to the left and right, respectively, and were both delicious! One surprise from our stay was the unobstructed view of Howelsen Hill. We learned so much about the history of the hill while we were there and even got to watch some elite skiers train! Thanks for a great stay—we’ll be back!
