Roomy and Wonderful Location

Our 10-member family stayed here in July. There was plenty of room for all of us even at the table as it easily extended to accommodate all of us comfortably. The bedrooms are comfortable and roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve. Parking was pretty easy, even for 3 cars. It was convenient to have it located right across from the swimming pool/hot tub. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. It helped to open the windows and run the fans. We would stay here again.

Convenient to Mountain

Was within walking distance to the mountain so could either take the shuttle or walk. Kitchen was well equipped but could use kitchen towels as none were available. Bedrooms were comfortable with their own local thermostats. Square footage for 12 is a stretch, especially for just sitting around and relaxing unless people retire to their own rooms. We ended up having only 6 people stay there and with the 2 people (stayed elsewhere) visiting, it was tight at dinner time and hanging out. This property is actually managed by Vacasa, so we ended paying an additional $600 in service fees (Vacasa's and VRBO's). Would have booked directly with Vacasa if we had known, so hopefully this review will help others in the future.

Wonderful Holiday Stay in Steamboat Springs!

The house was large and well situated for our party of 8 adults. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a few meals in and it was a great location to the mountain. The shuttle service provided by the property was great for going to town, grocery stores, etc. The check in process was smooth and during our stay the management was available to us for any of our needs. Upon check in we had an issue with the cleaning staff at the house which was resolved with no problem. I only mention this because despite having an issue the management was very quick to respond and went out of their way to remedy the situation and to accommodate us for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend staying at this property. It was not only a clean comfortable home in a great location the management staff was excellent.

Great Place, No Internet

Overall this property was perfect for our family. The living space was large, the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need and the bedrooms were spacious. Unfortunatley, the internet did not work while we were there which presented a challenge for those of us that had to work. This problem seems to be ongoing with the property so if Internet is not required, this is a great place to stay. Luckily there is a business center close by that we were able to use for work that had very fast internet.

Plenty of space for family get-away

This 5 bedroom 5 bathroom condo was the perfect space for our family ski trip. We cooked several meals in the kitchen which was well stocked with cookware and basics. The hot tub right across the street was conveniently located and the robes provided by the condo made the cold trip to the hot tub more bearable! Shuttle service provided easy access to the skiing at Steamboat. Plenty of good restaurants in town as well as Safeway grocery store. Living space was perfect for watching TV or playing board games. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Nice place but with some glitches

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this property. The location and proximity to amenities is very nice. The shuttle to and from ski area and town was very convenient. We did encounter some communication and follow-through glitches as well as finding the townhome lacking in cleanliness. Our main issue stemmed with requesting pack-n-plays, bedding, and highchairs (or boosters) for our 2 two year olds. Customer service was very nice and agreed to have our requested items in the unit when we arrived. However, none of these items were in the unit. It took multiple calls and pleading before staff provided one pack-n-play and another more "direct" call before another was provided. We never did receive the toddler chairs. Staff provided what we felt as an inadequate apology. I'm sure this doesn't happen often but it did put a little strain on the beginning of our family reunion.

Great Services and Amenities!

This is a town home operated by Wyndham which would normally give me pause to rent as a weekend cabin getaway. However, our stay was amazing! The unit was very well stocked with everything we could need, the front desk provided additional coffee when requested, and most importantly there is a shuttle that is FREE with the unit that will take you anywhere within Steamboat city limits from 9am to 11pm. With a group of 11, this saved us on a number of cabs/ubers and was certainly the best perk I've had in my years of skiing in ski towns. Typically we are using cabs or a rental car to get around but this shuttle service was incredible. Other than that, the stay was exactly as you would expect with no surprises (which is great!).

Great Location!

Steamboat was great! The house was perfectly located. We were able to utilize the free shuttle to just about everywhere we went. The house was nice. Plenty of space. Natural gas grill. Pool and hot tub were right across the street. We would definitely stay here again.
