Came for a soccer tournament with my son. Nice condo, clean, nice building, had everything we needed. Short stay so didn’t use any of the amenities.

Great location and amenitites

We spent a long weekend away and were very pleased with the location of the condo, proximity to the gondola that takes one directly to the base area and cleanliness of the spaces. Pools and hot tubs were great and ease of transportation a PLUS.

the condo is very clean. fast elevator to the 4th floor. indoor parking great. sunset view awesome. 30 second walk to the semi private gondola to the base. the ski shop at end of gondola overnight stored skis and warmed boots, only area to improve - the hardwood floor is slippery

Location great for us! Check-in process (including friendliness and helpfulness of front desk staff), cleanliness, spaciousness of unit and view were very good. We love to sit outdoors. The deck faces west so it was too hot in Aug to sit on deck for happy hour or dinner; good for lunch though. The fan running constantly on top of the building next door (housing the Brick restaurant) could be heard when trying to sleep even with bedroom windows closed (white noise might be good for some though). The bedroom closet was so jam packed, from top to bottom with throw and bed pillows, that clothing could not hang fully from the rod nor could we store other items, such as shoes. We made maintenance request twice but it was never addressed. Vacasa property mgt was responsible but did not communicate with us to acknowledge or apologize that they couldn’t get to our problem.

Perfect!!

This property was great! Extremely convenient getting back and forth to base using the Trailhead gondola. Stayed for three nights in late February. Dumped 12 inches at summit the first night into the morning, couldn’t have asked for a better situation it was perfect! Parking garage was convenient and easily accessible. Only down side to the trip was not being able to use the pools/hot tubs. That was due to covid so that’s nothing against the property. Took a look though and seemed really nice! Overall great stay, highly recommend!

perfect location

My 2 teenage children and I stayed for 5 nights. It was very cozy and comfortable. We loved the convenience of the gondola right outside the front door that takes you to gondola square. Thankful there was a washer/dryer in the unit. Brad, the property manager was quick with responses and left detailed instructions for everything..We will definitely be back.

Great condo, even better in winter

Visited during summer. This is a great building with excellent amenities, but appears to be much better suited to a visit in winter than summer. Close to the ski resort and steps from a gondola are features that didn’t do any good when it’s closed. That being said, it’s a quick drive to downtown steamboat and the staff were all wonderful. Plus it’s right off a main bike and pedestrian path that gives you access to the whole city by foot or pedal power which is absolutely lovey in summer. Only downside is that it is right next to a large parking lot that hosted a car show while we were here. Engine noise started at around 6:30am and went all day for a few days in a row, which made it hard to enjoy the patio or pool. Would definitely recommend this place, but might be worth checking on any car shows just in case.

well stocked kicthen and nice lay out

The property was really nice and stocked very well with kitchen wear. This made it very easy to enjoy home cooked meals during our stay. Loved the out door pool and hot tubs. We stayed in early September and the afternoon sun made the condo very warm they just to service the ac system and we informed them. This place would great in the winter with the lift right on the north side of the building just steps away!

Top notch facility

Thank you for making my family's stay at your condo a wonderful experience. The condo was in immaculate condition, modern, fully stocked, and well decorated. The large heated swimming pool was an added bonus and a perfect way to end a day after skiing. The private gondola to the base of the mountain is a few feet away and made it super convenient for my family (especially my 5 year old daughter). We will be back!

Great stay --would stay again!

We had 3 guys for a ski trip and this was perfect. Two guys in the king bed and one guy on the couch with no problems. Pics tell the story. Clean, hot tub was AWESOME, and for us it was important the Gondola get us right to base and it did. For clarity's sake, I would say the Gondola is NO more than 30 yards from the front door of the building. Take it into base, jump on the next Gondola and you're halfway up the mountain in no time. The owner Brad was responsive as needed. For the same price as staying close or on base properties, because of the Gondola, you get more luxury without having to sacrifice ease of access to skiing. TIP: if you want to get downtown for dinner/drinks, I think it's best to take the Gondola to base and jump a bus from there. Then upon coming back depending on how late you come back do the same thing if night skiing is going on and if not you'll need to get dropped off at the closest bus stop which is a little bit of a walk on a cold night (totally doable, but not ideal).
