The location is awesome. The overall experience was fine. For what this place costs, I was hoping to have more seamless arrival/check in procedures and nicer amenities.The arrival process was ridiculous. The initial message from the host did not provide us with unit number. We weren’t told about a gate code. We then were told 3 different codes for condo unit access. The gate code involves unit number then # then the access code which ended up being a different entry code than into our unit. After trying 3 different access codes, we were told to hit # before the code. That finally worked and we were able to get into the condo unit.The fridge water filter is red meaning it needs replaced. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and bouncy. In at least one bathroom the shower curtain is molded. In that same bathroom the provided soap/body wash is completely empty, kitchen mugs are chipped, bedroom tv remote has no batteries. The leather ottoman is torn with a blanket covering it. There was a spot by the front door for a “ski locker key” but no key was present and no access code given for the locker storage. In the end, it was a place to sleep and super close to the mountain/ski lifts. But there are definitely some improvements than can be made.
