Great location for waking right to the base, and everything was clean and well appointed. Loved being able to walk in and out of the back deck area on the lower level. Great weekend getaway.

The place was not ready until an hour after check in and they offered no apology or explanation. The remote for the fireplace was missing and that was the primary source of heat for the living room which we had someone sleeping in. It was difficult to keep the room warm enough without the fireplace working properly. Proximity to the ski lifts was great and the hot tub was very nice.

Very clean, modern updates. No views, but the lower level location keeps it cool inside. Location is convenient to the ski village. No issues with the nearby construction.

DISAPOINTING

This property was advertised with great views. Unfortunately Construction trucks, equipment and materials were blocking much of the view due to the construction on a property next door. There were over 30 pickups, countless tractors and other heavy equipment all around and a six foot chain link fence across the whole view. Disappointing as I went for the view and quiet. I made the best of it. The Unit itself was perfect.

perfect get-away lodging

We were super happy with the condo. It was impeccably clean, roomy, had all the amenities we wanted, and it's a perfect location for the price. The bed was comfortable, a fan is available for the summer but the cool nights really do the trick. The village and gondola are just down the walkway. Walkable to the Botanical gardens and Downtown as well but Steamboat also has a free bus system by the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Unbelievable property

My GF and I visited Steamboat for the weekend last fall where I surprised her with a proposal! It was already going to be a special weekend and our stay at this property was probably the best place I've ever booked outside of a nice hotel. This apartment has everything you need and it was extremely romantic watching the rain fall and wishing that it was a little colder and we could have watched feet of snow dropping. We arrived late and were able to get the keys from the drop box down the hill. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Very nice condo newly remodeled perfect for 2 but could accommodate 4.

Nicely appointed easy access, well organized and very clean! Only issue was our humidifier was not working and the management is replacing it. We loved our stay and seeing the color change of the leaves!!

The pictures for this condo are not accurate and the listing should be removed. There is MAJOR construction going on just outside the patio door with earth moving equipment racing through and dust everywhere as they are building a hotel. Lucky for us we were given another property for our stay. I am used to summer construction and related noises in the summer but this was over the top
