The location was great. The condo was very spacious and had all we needed. The lack of AC made it very difficult to sleep at night. The property managers added fans and an AC unit and even gave us written tips on how to keep the unit cool, but it was still uncomfortable. Not their fault I know, but it's the only thing stopping me from giving five stars.

Lovely stay. Pleasantly surprised by the LEGO Duplos and other games for kids. Clean, well-stocked. Great location, just a 2-minute walk away from a stop on the free bus.

Close to town. A little issue with check in but Steamboat Lodging was immediately accessible and helpful. The FREE shuttle they have to get you to the slopes (although it's close enough to walk) can't be beat. Would love to stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time in Steamboat. The house was as advertised and made for a comfortable stay. I've stayed in a lot of rentals and this one probably had the best stocked kitchen supplies and towels. Communication with property management was easy and clear. We had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed quickly.

Family Ski Trip

The house was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the bunk room downstairs. Getting to and from the mountain with the shuttle service was a breeze. House was very clean and the bed in the master was very comfortable. We would definitely rent again. Five stars all the way around!!!

Wonderful snow-filled vacation!

This was our first time in Steamboat and we had an amazing time!! Our home was beautiful, clean and so close to activities and attractions!! The management team has been so responsive and helpful. Just an overall fantastic time!! Can't wait for next spring break!

Steamboat Condo

We loved our stay in this well-stocked, comfortable townhome in Steamboat. While a little too far to walk to the lifts, the Steamboat Lodging shuttle is amazing. No need to pay for ski storage at the Gondola. The wait for the shuttle is never long, the drivers are extremely helpful and come right to the door. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Wonderful Property

We absolutely loved our stay! There were 2 families with children ages 4-8 and it was the perfect space for us. The bunk room was perfect for the kids and everything was clean and updated. It was a great location and we were very entertained by a mama bear and 2 cubs that were living in a tree across the street. We will definitely be back!

Great spot, covid restriction

Everything was fantastic with the exception of the hot tub being inoperable. Not sure if it was a covid restriction (keys for the facility were out with directions to access) but the tub was locked and drained. We were not notified of that and our achy ski bones suffered. Not a huge inconvenience, but it was one of out search criteria when selecting this location. Otherwise, everything from the place to communication was fantastic.

Great spot, super nice, and perfectly located!

The house was great and was a nice layout for our small group of friends. The varied levels were nice to spread out but the kitchen and living spaces were good for movie nights or group card games. The steamboat lodging company group was so helpful, buses were accessible to the base of the mountain, and we really enjoyed our stay with a perfect snowy week of skiing.

Property is nicely located: on bike trails, close to gondola, easy access to historic old town. Kitchen is extremely well supplied with pots, utensils, dishes, glasses, everything you might want or need.

Comfortable place

We had a couple of issues but they quickly got someone out to fix them. We do not like to run the air conditioning and several of the windows were not supposed to be opened. The biggest downfall of the property is that it is right behind a daycare center and it is very noisy during the day- if it was in a little different location it would be perfect!

Perfect Location!

Lots to do in the summer with young ones a walking biking path, a stream, a small little area near the gondola with sand to build sand castles. Easy access to town and restaurants. Easy to get to the river. The home is clean and perfect size for a group with a deck and a grill. Loved our stay!
