We had a great week here. The condo is adorable, clean and comfortable as are the beds. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and good pots and pans, utensils, etc. laundry in the unit is also an huge plus. Our only complaint was check-in. If you arrive before 4 and are not granted early check-in, you’re stuck. There is no where to leave your luggage or ski gear. Our flight came in at 10am so if yours comes in early as well, that’s something to consider. I wouldn’t say it’s a true ski-in/ski-out but very close. The trail is right out the back door of the condo but you do have to walk a bit to where you can ski down. It’s a decent hill on the way back up so you do have to walk back up once you lose momentum. It’s still very convenient though. There is also a shuttle that runs until a little afte 5 that will take you to Gondola Square and also the area where you can catch the City Bus into town. After 5 you have to Uber to get to those places. One of the shuttles drivers is very helpful and will give you his number for rides as well and he is paid like an Uber. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Very nice place, well furnished. Beautiful views. Swimming pools, hot tubs and sauna were awesome to have. Would stay here again. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Lovely corner unit with a lot of space

We have a wonderful time staying at this condo in Steamboat. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. We came in the summer and easy access to the community pool and hot tub were great. We had plenty of room for our family of 3 and were very comfortable during our stay.

steamboat ski get away

great location...ski in ski out :) condo was clean and tidy. Parking can be difficult as parking lot fills up pretty quickly but as the condo is ski in and out, you really don't need to move your car once parked. Overall, great place :)

Late April Trip

Great time during our late April trip. Location was perfect and was able to see,multiple moose families, bear 1036 and her 3 cubs . Location was exactly how it was described and the company stays in contact throughout to make sure your stay is perfect. Thanks again and we'll be back!

Great Week

Overall the unit was fantastic. Have to admit I was a bit worried because the outside of the building seems a bit dated. But the unit itself was updated and outfitted with everything we could need. Proximity to skiing was convenient for the whole family. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus as well. Location and amenities of the unit are really tough to beat.

Very Nice

We were very pleased with our rental. It is clean and comfortable. It is well taken care of for the most part. Kitchen cabinets need an upgrade but most of the rest of the condo has been upgraded. The location is excellent and we would definitely stay here again.

Great view and location

Property was as described, nicely remodeled, spacious and great view of slopes. Ski-in and out even at the end of season! Our family enjoyed the stay and facilities including hot tub on the premisses. Easy instructions and responsive management.

Family Steamboat Trip

Great property for our family of four. Nice pool and pickle ball court. The pictures made us think that there is a hot tub on our deck. There was not. Overall great stay!

Great condo! We especially like how well laid out everything in the condo was for ski travelers with lots of jackets and coats to hang. Numerous hooks throughout the place is seriously a bonus! The views and it ease to the slopes with storage locker were spectacular. Really enjoyed the updated decor and the entire complex with gym and pool.

great for skiing

perfect location. we could ski in and out and back for lunch if we wanted. the ski locker on 1st floor was a huge bnus as well. the condo was very clean and the bedrooms spacious with a cozy living area and fieplace, plenty of dining space also. the only suggestion would be to update some of the kitchen essentials (baking trays, mixing bowls, non stick skillets) for those who plan to cook in as we did. would overall recommend

The stay was nice and location was convenient. It was not, however a unit that rents often. In other words, it did not have many of the features of a typical vacation rental. The kitchen is poorly laid out with everything stuffed into cabinets. There were literally no cleaning supplies - fantastic, windex, etc - were not available. The broom was hidden, although we found it. The bedrooms are laid out incorrectly. The better one (with its own newer bath) had the two double beds, while the Main was much smaller and required crossing the hallway to reach the "needs updating" bath. I would recommend for the location. The owners are available and helpful, they need to think through the guest experience.

HORRID STAY

Please avoid this condo. 1st, the building is disgusting as is the condo. To say this is newly remodeled is a BLANANT lie. IT IS NOT-the old cabinets are painted. - The halls and unit smelled of wet dog and vomit.-THE MOST disgusting were the stained and smelly comforters and blankets- some stained with BLOOD and ZERO was done. ZERO, MOUNTAIN VACATION LODGING is beyond unethical. Of the 12 different issues, all is asked for was new and CLEAN blankets and comforters and did NOT receive. We had to go to Walmart and spend over 200 to buy new ones.-THEIR solution was to send an outside company ( did not have the decency to come look at the unit) and put SHEETS OVER THE STAINED bedding-The ski locker room is beyond deplorable-ARRIVED to a broken elevator of which had no notice so 5 suitcases , ski bags, groceries all carried up flights of smelly stairs.-Ski-in, ski out is NOT NEAR the base. You will absolutely need a car here and the cat walk back to the condo after a day of skiing is horrid. -You can fit more than 3 people in the living space with smelly blankets-MATTRESSES are cinder blocks-2 gross, ill-fitting curtains in the Master Bedroom so be prepared to wake early to the sun-Thin walls to hear the neighbors above dance with ski boots at 6 am daily-Furniture is old and crusty from the 1950's-PLEASE SAVE yourself the STRESS AND worry and disgust . We sadly paid over 6,000 for this dump. Makes me sick that no one helped us.

very nice stay

This was our first time staying in Steamboat in the summertime. The condo was very comfortable. The condo temperature was perfect, even without AC. Our children loved the room with 2 big beds and the proximity to the pool.

Loved it!!

Great location, easy ski in ski out, more than enough amenities, two bathrooms a plus, washer dryer a plus, hot tub in building and recreation center were super, Would definitely book this unit again. The only negative was trying to figure out the television in the main family room. We just wanted to watch the NCAA basketball games and just couldn’t figure out how to get to regular stations but the TV had just about everything else. Maybe some sort of an instruction sheet would be helpful.

Skiing Lodge

Perfect property for a wonderful ski trip. It was my family of four and our family friends (3). Check in was the easiest!! Didn’t matter that our flight was delayed two hours and we got in late because we just had to grab the key and everything else was ready for us!! Nice size with two great bathrooms!! Washer and dryer was a huge plus!! Only two things I can even think of for improvement….we had a really hard time finding the sheets for the pull out couch (they were in a basket in the second bedroom) and the ski in was hard to find. We passed it two days and had to walk ALOT to get back! So maybe better labeling there??

Great place

The place is great - nice kitchen, fireplace, rooms. The washer and dryer in unit are super, and the workout facilities and hot tub were great. The ski in and out trails were doable, but a little tiring as there are some flat sections.
