    Fantastic, spacious house.

    Great spot for a friends gathering. Big kitchen. Amazing decks to eat and chill. Clean, modern and the rooftop jacuzzi is the best for evening stargazing.

    Great location and design, lousy service and management

    Day one hour 3 found the upstairs laundry machine leaking onto the carpets. I promptly called the service numbers and was told to "contain it" and that I would be contacted in the AM for more help. I reached for towels to "contain it" and found that those stowed under the bathroom sink were damp, and there were no others for us to take showers with. No-one called in the AM, so I started calling. 4 calls later, I spoke with the person responsible for maintenance, and it was clear he had not been notified. "Help" arrived and by then, the dishwasher was backed up and not working. Screws were found in that drain, and it was apparent that it had not been hooked up correctly. The spare toilet tissue in the bathroom was soiled by a tar-like substance. Eventually things became more or less useful, but I was miffed that I spent half a day or more of my vacation attending to these issues. I requested some additional dry towels, and shared with the on-site manager the various issues (day 2). She "investigated" and the next day informed me that I was mistaken--they never have any of those problems and the place was properly cleaned and stocked. Quite disappointing. I'm used to service recovery, not blaming the customer. The website misrepresented a few items as well. Neither the gondola nor the shuttle runs at this time of the year apparently. And, although in later emails it becomes apparent that there is room for 13, there is only parking for 2 vehicles.

    Property was great. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was very nice on upper deck with incredible views. Shuttle service A one. Would return in a heartbeat!

    The location of the property is great and close to the town. The house was very clear and roomy and fit a group of 9 adults perfectly.

    Wonderful

    The house was awesome. Proximity to the mtn could not be beat. There were 10 of us 4 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time.

    Great location

    The property was well equipped except for the kitchen. First time we’ve experienced no crock pot & skillet had no tephlon coating . Actually purchased a skillet for our stay. House was equipped well with linens , etc. Location was very close to lift. Lots of building going on across the street so heard hammering all day long which would have been ok except we had an infant trying to sleep.

    Spectacular place. Inviting and comfortable

    We very much enjoyed the condo. It was perfect. We had a little glitch in maintenance was there immediately which was awesome. Two items I was not happy about is no early check in which is not something that has ever happened to me especially when your paying luxurious prices. We sat for 2 hours while the place was empty which seemed spiteful. Construction noise even on Saturday was also really loud so our group had to move inside on a gorgeous day.

    Wonderful Home for Families

    Overall the home was amazing! It was a comfortable stay for 3 families. We all loved the open-air concept on the main level and the hot tub was a great night time treat. We were just a short walk to the main pool, which the kids really enjoyed. The only complaint is that there was construction going on all sides of us during our stay. Additionally, the base of the mountain was all under construction too so we couldn't enjoy walking around and visiting the restaurants and shops.

    Great location and fantastic property

    The property is impeccable and in a perfect location. We loved the main floor with all of the indoor / outdoor space and spent most of our time in the townhome cooking and spending time with our family. We were there for Steamboat's annual Hot Air Balloon Festival, and some of the balloons flew right over the property! We also really loved the Sonos system and are planning to put one in our house now. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful property in one of our favorite CO mountain towns!

    The Perfect Vacation Home Rental

    This property had everything that our family of 13 needed. From the top deck with the hot tub, to the basement with a surprisingly comfortable pullout mattress, everything was well thought out. It is beautifully furnished and sparkling clean. There are plenty of towels for bathrooms and hot tub, as well as a large mud room and a large laundry. It is a new home and well thought out with good WiFi, fully automatic window shades, and wireless speakers. The pool (Which was a 4 minute walk) was only available one hour a day due to Covid but the management was great about encouraging signup for waitlists which often opened up. Our entire family enjoyed this home and will definitely look into renting it again.

    Beautiful place

    Loved this house! My only suggestion is that they add a few basic kitchen tools-spatula, garlic press. Great place! Loved the rooftop hot tub!!
