When guests reserve any property we manage, we give them 3 different ways to contact us if there are any issues. This guest did not alert us of anything until a couple days after their stay. The drawer that the guest had an issue with does stick but is safe for guest use. We have verified with the HOA that the hot tub was in working order and open during operational hours. We have also verified that the bathroom does not have a fan and the guest was confused by the heat lamp they have there instead. Guests can also inquire about any amenity before they book such as coffee if it is important to have in the rental so they can plan to pack it or if it is already in the rental for their use. We urge any guest that has an issue to contact us immediately so we can help resolve any problem and answer any questions they may have in an effective and efficient manner.

Guests and owners are not supposed to smoke anywhere on the property. We encourage future guests to reach out if someone is smoking so we can notify the HOA & get it handled during your stay.

We were able to get an early check-in approved for this guest, so we're a little disappointed to see negative remarks associated with that. We would also like to point out that the description of this property's access to the slopes is accurate (as noted below in response to another guest's review), and most guests don't have any sort of issues with the short trek. Future guests are encouraged to reach out to us should they have any concerns or need for clarification.

Guests are encouraged to reach out if they have questions about access. Based on previous reviews and feedback, most guests are extremely pleased with this condo's location and access to the ski trails. The property's description is accurate in that this is a ski-in property with walk-out access to the slopes. The condo is on the second floor, so there are two flights of stairs within the building to get to the exterior, then down a couple more flights of stairs and a very short walk to get to the base area. It's easy to ski right back to the building when you're ready to be done for the day.

Ski-in/out is a term that has a good bit of variation in its definition. Guests are encouraged to clarify access if they have questions or concerns. This property is a true ski-in property, but the ski-out access does involve a short walk. The arrival instructions for this condo are very detailed and easy to follow, but guests are welcome to call our guest services phone number (monitored 24/7) if they have issues. We don't have any record of this guest contacting us regarding the fireplace, but had she reached out we would have worked with the owner to get it resolved quickly. No additional fees were charged to this guest upon checkout.

Guests are provided with detailed arrival instructions 7 days prior to their visit. The arrival instructions have specific directions to find the specific condo. Guests are also provided a 24/7 guest services phone number, and are welcome to contact us at any time if they have issues.

We understand that written directions can sometimes be difficult to follow, but we've done our best to work with the owner to make instructions that are easy to understand. After looking into this guest's notes regarding how to get into the condo, we've determined that the arrival instructions are correct and do say to get off the elevator on the 3rd floor. We've never had any other guests report issues finding the condo using these instructions. That being said, guests are more than welcome to call us if they're having any sort of issues finding or getting into their rental. The covering for the fireplace is cleaned fairly frequently, but naturally fogs with use.

We do our best to keep up with each property's current available amenities. At the time of this booking, the property had intended to keep the pool and hot tub open over the fall season. Local restrictions have been fluctuating throughout Colorado's mountain towns, and this property ended up having to close their hot tub and pool. Guests are reminded that we can never guarantee specific amenities will be available during their stay, but are encouraged to call us for updates as their dates get closer for the most accurate information.
