Great sized townhome for extended family (8 adults / 6 kids) holiday ski vacation. Generally in good condition w/ all the basics. Beds were comfortable.
About 10min walk to ski lifts plus shuttle service which was spotty on pickups - it was the Christmas holiday week and often times pickups were pushed back significantly (or couldn't book) requiring walking w/ kids+gear.
Hot tub is offsite across street into main hotel complex - a bit inconvenient in winter so it was t really used.
Major issue was upon checkout the mgmt company, Retreatia, wouldnt allow let checkout of 1hr 45 min to 11:45am which we needed as our flights werent until 2pm. They said: “ Due to the busy season, we cannot provide a late check out for your stay. If needed, you can leave your luggage at our front desk until your shuttle pick up.”
We made aware to them that it was clear online that the unit wasnt rented for the following 7 days. So we lugged the luggage up the road and sat in a main office for the ~2hrs. But further, absolutely nobody access the house for that time period - nobody from the mgmt company, no cleaners, etc - we knew b/c our airport shuttle picked us up there. Rather frustrating and really poor customer service. One other odd thing that another reviewer mentioned is the check in instructions note a fee if garbage isnt brought to the curb on a particular night. Similar to their experience, we pulled it out - noone came and pulled it back in around 8pm. Its odd to ask a guest to do this or charge them to begin with, but the directions seem to be incorrect.
