This was rented for a father and young son ski weekend.
Nice location, 4th floor condo. Parking lot (permits provided for two cars) is above the building, one flight of stairs higher; ski-out location is a few flights below. You can ski out from the Right-O-Way beginner run. You can't realistically ski in but only have to walk 5 minutes to get there -- down 3-4 flights of stairs to the street, cross the street, walk left or right to the first gap in the building across the street and then down to the Christie III lift area. From there you can ride that lift if it is running, which is not often, or just ski down a few hundred yards and then side step or herringbone (or just walk) your way up a short slope to the Right-O-Way run which takes you to the base area lifts and gondola.
Good modern appliances. Kitchen stocked with utensils, cookware, appliances (microwave, oven, stove, fridge, coffeemaker -- but no coffee grinder so bring ground coffee) and other kitchen stuff (including useful things like ziploc bags and clingwrap). Designed only to sleep 2; sofa is not a pullout. Bathroom is on the small side but is fine. Everything was clean and tidy, the king sized bed is very comfortable and the dressers have plenty of room. Nice to have a fireplace, which helps with drying wet gear if you don't have a boot/glove dryer. Convenient dedicated ski locker located in the hall between the condo and outside. Overall condo is not high-end but is pleasant, convenient and useful.
Outdoor hot tub is one flight down, was not crowded. 10 minute walk to the base area amenities. No condo-sponsored shuttle, but we were fine driving if we needed to go somewhere away from a bus line. parking lot can get a little tight on spaces though -- on one evening we returned from dinner and had to park in the very last pace way on the far side of the lot, and if you don't get a space you are kind of out of luck because there is no street parking anywhere nearby. But the good news is that with free bus options, you can get to most places in the resort area and the town without issue.
Good rental if it's just two of you!
