Spring break Haven!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! There is ample space with fabulous amenities. A short walk to the shuttle route made getting to the mountain super easy. This condo was so well stocked- the kitchen had everything we needed! Love the quaint fireplace. Thank you!

Nice Condo with good location

We stayed for 11 nights. Things that worked for us:-being on the top floor so we did not hear people above us, it was worth the walk up three flights of stairs.-the kitchen, we cooked most nights.-the heating, we prefer cold temps so the gas fireplace with a ceiling fan provided all of the heat we needed. We did not use the electric base board heating at all.-The condo complex provides garbage and recycling bins.-Easy walking distance to grocery stores.-Vacasa manages the property, so expect 1 ply toilet paper and the cheapest paper towels around. No hot tub towels provided.

Perfect family stay in Steamboat!

Amazing location with beautiful views out every window! We were impressed by the Viking appliances and the fully-stocked kitchen cabinets. Walmart and Safeway are less than 5 mins away, so no need to stress about grocery shopping or worrying if you forget to bring your toothbrush! Our kids loved the bunkbeds and upstairs loft. Our highlights were the gas fireplace and on-site hot tubs. Highly recommend!

Home was wonderful. Management was not.

1. The room was clean except a significant amount of crumbs and hair in one bed. We did not report, just washed ourselves. 2. Our Suburban did not fit in the garage despite being told it would. There was a pile of stuff in the garage that would have prevented anything but a small vehicle from parking in it. 3. We were told a crockpot was not provided so we brought our own. The room actually has 2 crockpots, plus an Instapot. 4. Despite having darn nearly everything one could imagine in a kitchen, we found no kitchen towels, dish cloths, or can opener. Contacted Vacasa whose response was "we do not offer dishcloths or can openers in the home." A fully furnished kitchen, including a mini bottle of dish soap, but not a dish cloth, and a kitchen towel? And no can opener? This felt much like a "I don't want to have to deal with you" kind of answer. Bring your own, I guess. We had to purchase at Walmart. 5. Other than the wi-fi network name and password, there was no additional information in the unit. Where is the dumpster for our trash? Where is the bus stop? Hot tub? There are multiple TV remotes? We were left to figure out quite a bit ourselves. 6. The hot tub buttons got locked up mid-week, which we reported to Vacasa, but it was never unlocked before we left. I would LOVE to stay here again but not while Vacasa manages it. I feel like it is easier for them to say "we don't provide that" than to actually provide assistance/accurate answers.

Great little spot

Was in a nice little community tucked away right off the main road. Super easy access to the base area and town. The unit was also spacious enough for 6 adults to lounge around during down time, and the amenities were enough to have the occasional home cooked meal during the stay. Would definitely stay again, especially in ski season.

Great location! Easy to get anywhere!

My mother, husband, 2 grown children, my sister, and myself all met here for a wedding weekend in Steamboat. It was easy to get together with the rest of the group (30+) for dinners, hiking, hot springs, etc while we were in Steamboat! The condo was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for everyone! Perfect!

Missing some items, but nice place

The place is comfortable and located near skiing. We had several things missing from the unit: no kitchen sponges, no paper towels, not enough bath towels for everyone in our group, no towels for hot tub, no information in unit about the area like shuttle directions or the code to access the hot tubs. Our check in email from Vacasa did not contain this information.

60 Birthday Get-a-way

The condo was everything as Advertised! The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies and we didn’t need to buy anything extra. Location is perfect for skiing and snowmobiling etc. would love to come back in the future.

Great location

Great location. Easy walking distance to catch the bus downtown and a short distance to the Resort. We loved the lay out of the condo. The bedrooms are secluded enough from the kitchen area so that early morning risers do not wake the whole house. Windows/doors on all sides to take advantage of a nice breeze in the summer.

Great Steamboat Condo!

This condo was perfect for our family! We appreciated the two master bedrooms - one for my husband and me, and one for our adult son and wife and our toddler grandchild. Our two teens were happy with the "bunk" room. The condo was spacious with space and seating for eating and lounging for everyone. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and appliances and spent a lot of time on the balcony. Our only concern was that the loft/upstairs bedroom was hot at night and didn't cool down much, but overall, the place was great!

Beautiful open space close to town

This place is perfect for families with its beautiful open space. It is right on the edge of town and close to everything you need in Steamboat. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend trying out this place!

Excellent condo perfect for our 1 week stay. Both mountain and downtown very easy to get to. Supermarket for provisioning only a couple of minutes away. The only minor weakness was the hot tub, which wasn't quite hot enough and temp couldn't be adjusted.

Repeat customer...great place to stay. Location is walkable to food shopping, ski rental and even a few restaurants Rusted Porch, Fiesta Grill and Ore House. Otherwise it is the free bus to the mountain or town.

Comfortable condo and a great location

The condo was cozy and comfortable for 3 adults and 3 kids. The modern kitchen right of the living room was great for meal times and the fireplace created great ambiance. The condo is a few minute walk to the bus route and the grocery store. We've always rented a car in ski towns but this time we chose to rely on the bus services. After a day or so we had mastered it.

Great location, great property!

The location was perfect for us--close to the mountain for skiing, close to the bus stop, grocery store and restaurants. The property was exactly as described. The property was very clean, well maintained and stocked with essentials. Brad was always available and easy to work with. He came by when we first got there to go over particulars of the unit. Would definitely go back to the same unit. Five star all the way.

Spring Break in Steamboat Springs

We had the pleasure of staying in this unit. My wife and 3 kids (10, 7 and 5) had a blast skiing and snowboarding Steamboat. The Town Home made our trip feel like home with the pleasures of separate bedrooms, kitchen, fireplace, TVs, etc... It made vacation that much more enjoyable versus being cramped in one or two hotel rooms. Its nice to be able to get to bed and put your kids to bed without having the noise and hassle of people running up and down the hotel hallways making a racket.It also made the cost to stay even more reasonable and more affordable than a hotel stay. We even made good use of the gas grill and cooked out one night as the fresh snow fell. The unit is nestled between the ski resort (1 mile) and downtown making it very easy to enjoy the mountain, shop and eat. If you are visiting Steamboat springs you will not be disappointed.

Great condo

Our extended family had a great time while at Steamboat Springs. The condo accommodates 9 people with room to have some space. The kitchen was really nice! Plenty of cookware especially since we were cooking for 9 people. It was just a quick walk to the shuttle that we used to get to the slopes. Fun to use the hot tubs when it was snowing outside too. A great condo! Everyone wants to come back again!
