First Steamboat Experience

Our group made our first trip to Steamboat and stayed this home and we absolutely loved it. It was exactly as expected. Communication was amazing - even a month before our trip, I got a call just checking in to see if I needed anything or had any questions. Check in was super smooth and easy. Location was exactly as expected also. A bit of a walk and a tough uphill coming home so we decided to drive to the resort. However the most impressive part of our stay to me was the cleanliness of the home. I have a pretty high standard and it was just spotless. I was amazed at how clean the entire place was and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Great location.

Loved the unit. We would have appreciated more info on using the TV but all other supplies were plentiful and the management company easy to work with. We would love to come back. Right on the city bus line. No car needed to get to the ski slope and locker on the mountain was a huge plus.

Very nice property and convenient location!

Had a very nice three night stay at this property. They don’t have air conditioning but they did have fans. We had a challenge turning on the main TV, there were 3 remotes to use. The property managers were very responsive and came over to straighten the issue out and train us on using the remotes. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing, spacious and clean home!

This home was absolutely perfect with so much space it was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own bathroom, everything was clean and in order and the kitchen was very stocked! We loved how big the kitchen and living space was to hang out. The deck is huge and has a grill which was awesome to utilize as well. Love the location at the top of Mt. Werner road, access to everything you need! Will definitely stay again:)

Wonderful property with easy shuttle access to the mountain. Incredibly comfortable and spacious for our group of 6. Negatives are pretty minor: no HD television, slightly below average mattresses. Would rent again.

Spacious, well stocked

Lovely condo with plenty of space. The beds were so comfortable and Cathy has thought of everything. It felt loved and cared-for, not like a typical 'ski condo rental'. On the Orange Line to go to the base of the Gondola and an easy walk as well. Only minor complaint: the fireplace is too hot (it's on/off, no control of temperature) so it went between chilly and overheated. Almost seems silly to mention. :)

Plenty of Room and Close to Everything

We stayed at this rental with 2 other couples. We each had our own bedroom/bathroom + a "common" bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen was huge and well stocked - we cooked each night we were there and all comfortably hung around the island. We were within yards of a bus stop and rode the bus to the shopping/food area as well as floating the Yamma River. We were only 20 minutes from a state park and 20 minutes from Strawberry Springs. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Spacious and private

This townhome was a wonderfully spacious and open home for spending time with my adult children. The bedrooms were spaced for privacy but the home had a wonderfully large kitchen and family room setting with deck for spending time together and eating meals. The setting is quiet and peaceful since it is at the end of the street even though other condos and townhomes are around. Owner is very easy to work with and accommodating of your needs. The only difficulty we had was with a broken screen door to the porch which was hard to open. I would definitely look into this place again if I am able to return. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

Excellent place

We loved this place. Very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is great. The common area has plenty of room for 10 people. The washer and dryer is so awesome. The garage is great to store the car. The only drawback is it is hard to find, better directions are needed. Otherwise this place is GREAT, highly recommend.

Nice condo, close to slopes

This property worked great for our group of 6 and there is definitely room for more people. It had a nice open floor plan and was very inviting. The condo location was close to to the ski slopes which was great for our group. I would recommend staying here.
