Vacation
Great place. You do need to add a few things. Cleaner shower with an extension to make shower head higher - my husband is 6’3” A sharp knife in the kitchen. Some throw blankets for the living area. Key for skis in the locker. I’m just telling you this as we own a rental property in a resort town as well. It really was a nice stay. 4 would be right 😊 Thank you for you time.

Great Place
This was a great location to stay and ski. So close to the resort and an easy ride into town. Perfect little place for a weekend getaway!

Great spot
Perfect location for staying at steamboat. The purple shuttle was never too crowded even if it did run on a schedule of its own. The WiFi didn’t work in our spot and in modern day, sorta silly we had to go to an office to check in vs having instructions sent directly to us but it was a perfect stay otherwise

It was small but for the price and location very worth it
My son slept in the pullout couch and the parents in the loft bed so it worked out ok. More than 3 people I think would be too cramped though. 3 worked well.

Smell and Depressingly Dark
When we first entered the property, we both commented on the bad smell. We hoped it would air out and opened the window, but it didn’t help. Also, our toddler kept bringing us small pieces of trash and food that she found on the floor. When you pay such a high cleaning fee, it’s upsetting when it’s not clean — especially with small children. The listing also made the property look light and airy; however, it was very dark and brown inside and the bed was not what was pictured. We got in late so we stayed the night but contacted the property manager the next morning and they were very helpful in getting us a different place to stay.

Ski Trip
Stay was cozy and great! Location was a win, and coupled with the shuttle, getting anywhere was easy easy. Nice having a small kitchen and hot tub/laundry situation was a plus! Would absolutely stay again!

Ski trip
This is a tiny condo but was fine since it was just me and my husband I do not recommend for more that 2 people. Location and amenities good for the price. The biggest down fall is the bathroom is downstairs the bed is up the narrow winding spiral stair case, if your like me and go at least twice in the middle of the night it is a huge and scary inconvenience. The stairs are so narrow and winding we didn’t even try to take them upstairs we left them in the living room. All in all good trip good value just be aware or the stairs

Good for small family
When I say small, I really mean it. The bathroom at this property was definitely built for smaller/shorter people. Mirror and shower-head we had to duck to use (I'm 5'10). Some kind of crusty red stain (raspberry something) upstairs carpet as well. But overall it was a good place. No AC but they have multiple fans there you can use to suck in the cold air from outside in summer and since it's a higher floor you can leave windows open all night. A nice balcony. Nice little pool area (very busy/popular) very close to the unit. No elevator so be prepared to lug it all up the stairs to 3rd floor.

Cozy and good location but very uncomfortable couch
Cozy , clean, and well positioned to get to the slopes pretty easily. Kitchen and linen pretty well stocked. Bed was comfortable but couch was miserable and is badly over due for a replacement.

Great experience
My friend and I didn’t want to leave this place. The unit and its accompanying views were really beautiful as was the hot tub/patio area. It was really nice having parking and the patio area being so close to where we stayed too. It was clean and had all the basics to keep us entertained in COVID times. I would definitely come back here.

Microwave was broken. The handle was completely missing and the prior guest still had food in there. It was not cleaned out prior to our arrival. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty. Hairdryer attached to the wall did not work. Hooks in the bathroom were broken.

Great location with a view
The loft was clean and just right for our 3day stay. The check in process was not the greatest. After speaking with 2 employees Prior to our arrival at Retreatia (property management company) and letting them know we would be a late arrival, we arrived at the location at 7:15 pm and our packet was not in the lockbox like they instructed it would be. The only way to contact someone was via text message.. needless to say, the “on call manager” who texted back was less than welcoming. It was as if we interrupted their Thursday night. Other than that, the loft was gorgeous, pool and hot tub are a close walk from the loft. The balcony was our go to spot , sit outside and enjoy the view!

Great for 2
This property was very clean and the location was perfect. It was close to everything we needed. I wouldn't recommend more than 2 guests as there is no private bedroom areas.

Very Pleased!
Loved the location of the property as it was within walking distance to Gondola Square! Maybe the nicest amenity of the unit was the close proximity to the pool and hot tubs. Would stay here again!

Short stay
Perfect size for my husband and myself. Clean, great location, and nice amenities. I've read that some thought it was dark but it's a loft space so it's hard to get lighting to the top. We thought it was fine. I would say if you have difficulty walking this is not for you as spiral is rather steep and narrow. We were happy and check in was a breeze!

Steamboat is absolutely beautiful. Our stay at the condo was mediocre. On arrival we were a bit disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. We focused on having a good time with our family but the dark, stuffy feel of the place was enough to have us do as much as posible outdoors in the fresh natural air. We tried repeatedly to contact Retreatia and were not successful. Be ready to be on your own if you rent through them. We enjoyed Steamboat and are grateful for our time together as a family. Next time we will rent elsewhere.

Great location and comfortable accomodations
We really enjoyed our stay @ the Rockies! The proximity to the ski resort base area (simple and easy 5 min walk) and very close drive to grocery store made the location ideal from our POV. If you want to get the shuttle into downtown, it is steps away. The size of the place is perfect for 2 people and viable for 3. The pool and 2 hot tubs were very close to this unit, sizeable and very clean. My only issue with this property is that the spiral staircase made it a challenge to get a bag/suitcase up to the sleeping area. You either need to carry up your clothes separately OR leave them in the living area. I would definitely stay here again for a ski weekend.

Cozy loft condo
This unit was beautifully decorated in a rustic western style. We loved the view from the balcony and the surrounding property was gorgeous! The pool and hot tubs were an extra added bonus!

Clean and cozy
Pros: Very clean Condo as described Pool and hot tubs were very nice Great location in Steamboat Springs Cons: Third floor and no elevator (if mobility issues) I know that very few of the condos in Steamboat have air conditioning, but if you like it cool during the summer this is not the place for you. It was in the upper 80's when we stayed there and opening the windows/doors helped but it did not cool off outside until around 11pm, so the condo did not really cool down until midnight. Also there was no screen on the patio door - but we did not have many bugs getting in. Leaving the doors/windows open also lets in the rode/neighbor noise if you are a light sleeper.

Great place. Comfortable clean. A little smaller than what I expected from the pictures, but quite functional at the same time. Bed is large and comfortable. Shuttle service was timely and professional.

Easy, convenient, everything you need!
We had a wonderful stay at 2337! The bus and shuttle options got us everywhere we wanted to go which was awesome. The condo itself is small but perfect for 2 people or maybe a couple with a small child, but realistically it is pretty small for 4 adults. The condo came with all the basic kitchen needs, it was very clean, and I would definitely stay here again! The only other thing to note is that you may want to consider a different option if you’re super tall. The shower head is pretty low and making your way up to the loft might be a little tough if you were really tall. We are 5’6 and 5’10 and we did ok 😊

Great location but condo not cleaned upon arrival
Condo was not clean upon arrival, we had to call several times to request cleaning. Condo was never cleaned, only towels changed and bed linens.Also never received a key for the ski locker after 3 days. Had to store our equipment in our car after skiing each day. Location of condo was great. Well stocked kitchen. Disappointed in a cleaning fee and would like to request back. We left the condo cleaner than we found it.

Quite a climb up to the condo on 3rd floor.
The climb was worth it though because we had cross ventilation. Retreatia was very responsive to a repair request. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!
