Perfect Spot for your Ski Trip!

This condo accommodated 4 people perfectly and could accommodate more comfortably. Not everything is perfect in the unit, but it's not brand new and ANY property has it's quirks. Access to & from the slopes is perfectly fine and although you can ski in from the hill, the ~200ft of walking to ski out, is perfectly acceptable to call this ski-in-ski-out. We would stay here again.

Management company not easy to deal with

1. The unit claims to be 30 feet to the lift. It is significantly longer. Not walking distance. You have to ski down a narrow path to get in and out. 2. The fireplace does not work. The repairman came and could not fix it 3. It said it has hottub in my building but there is NOT huttub. Hottub is NOT even open. I tried to take a hot bath but NOT enough hot water. It filled half the tub and not more hot water! 4. A few the keys do not work well at all. It is very sporadic. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. 5. I booked a unit that you switched me out of my unit as you claim to be your system glitch. Then the unit I got is not consistent with what you said. I even talked to your representative and specifically asked the walking distance to the chair lift and the hot tub. But it is NOT what you said and claimed! 6. The TV has one remote control missing. Very complicated to use with two different remotes for each TV and has no instructions to explain which remote for what. It took the maintenance guy 15+ minutes to figure out. He said he will go get us a remote for the bedroom one but never came back. 7. The hot water is lukewarm and can only last for one person show. Then you have to wait for an hour to take another shower. Cannot even take a bath. When the tub is half full, it runs out of the lukewarm water. The maintenance guy said that is CO law to keep the temperature low. After a day of ski, you expect hot shower or at least a tub filled with

Perfect location!

The home was very welcoming and cute! We absolutely loved the location & ski in/out was easy. Beautiful views from the balcony with it being on the top floor. When we needed clean towels and paper towels they were delivered very quickly. There is only one washer and dryer in the building so that was a little frustrating. Make sure and bring change for the washer and dryer because they are coin operated & there is not a change machine. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it!

As advertised

Essentially a ski in / ski out property, everything worked and the whole place was comfy and clean and inviting. The hot tub was a little far away and wasn't awesome. But it was hot and did the trick!

The location was ideal and the bedroom/bathroom set up was perfect. It could only be improved by a washer/dryer in the unit or at least a coin changer in laundry room.

Terrific unit/Terrific location

The unit is exactly as it appears on the pictures. It was very clean, the furniture was in good condition and the kitchen and upstairs bathroom have been updated. This building is a little old on the outside, but the location is awesome for ski in/ski out and everything is super convenient. Kitchen was stocked, parking was easy, ski lockers convenient, two story unit with circular stairs was most memorable and fun! Thanks for being great owners and we would definitely stay here again for a ski trip.

Storm Meadows 457

Fantastic location, super easy check in process. Property was clean but very dated. Fireplace did not work and blinds in master bedroom were severely damaged from the heat register. Emailed to have these items addressed and never heard back. Otherwise, we all had a great time despite these minor issues.

Great Location but Aging Building Has Issues

This unit has lots going for it. It is spacious, has a great location with ski in ease, and wonderful views of the mountain. But with an aging building there were significant issues with the plumbing. Also the elevator was out of service for significant amounts of time. Ultimately all of these items were addressed but from our perspective this took longer and was more disruptive than should have occurred. Ideally, these issues should have been identified and resolved prior to our arrival. We would not rent this unit or in this building again.

Nice view

Very great view, true ski in walk out. Could use some updating and more towels in the unit. Laundry situation sucks. Random flushing toilet in down stairs, blinds in master don’t work so you can be seen dressing outside. Over all a nice place and much better location. Unit was not ready until after check in time.

Awesome location & view!

My family of 5 had a great stay in 457 while skiing at Steamboat. Ski-in & short walk (maybe 50 yards?) back to the slope when you are ready to go. 6 keys were in the condo so everyone could have access to the ski locker in basement and come & go as they wanted while skiing. It is fun to watch the mountain activity while having lunch or taking a break. I also appreciate the lower price point compared to more recently updated condos in the same complex. It was a fantastic experience for us and we will definitely book 457 again when we come back to Steamboat.

Great Location to Slopes

We had eight adults stay in this unit and it was perfect for our group. We had a great time and the location was great. Very short walk to the slope and and skiing in is even easier.

We had a great stay. There was 4 of us and I there was plenty of room. It is about a 20 yard walk from the building to the slopes and you can ski right up to it. I would definitely book here again.

Great location. Amazing views

The reason I am giving it 4 stars is that it is somewhat old. We had an issue with the kitchen lights but they were fixed shortly after we called. The location was perfect and the walk-out to the slopes was literally 50 feet. Would definitely stay again. took the kids skiing in Steamboat as a Christmas present and they had a fantastic time.

Great property and even greater location! Loved the ski in-walk out! There was an odd smell to the condo but we just purchased a couple of candles and burned them while we were there; which was helpful.
