Our team has been notified of your mattress feedback and we will be investigating further, as a comfortable night's sleep is absolutely required for a Nomadness getaway! Indeed, this property does not have air conditioning, which is common amongst Steamboat properties and noted in the listing's description; however, we do require all our properties to have ceiling fans, portable fans, or a combination of the 2 in order to provide the necessary air flow during the summer months. Mary, sorry to hear about your experience with management was less than exemplary. We strive for excellence, and anything less than we will take to heart. As this property is older, there are certain quirks that are expected, and lack of air conditioning is one of them, but know that through curtain and window manipulation, this house can maintain an enjoyable temperature even in the heat of summer, such as the dates that you reserved.
