Check in process was zero star. They did not leave keys for us- and when we called seemed t be clueless on where or how to get the keys. It took about an hour to get this sorted- and I had to call multiple times to ensure a sense of urgency.Water went off in the building for about 5 hours one day. The management was not proactive in letting us know- again I had to reach out several times to understand when it would be resolved.On the plus side- good location- nice pool- clean and comfortable unit. Don’t think luxury- but good utility for a family going to the mtns for a few days.

Nice location, pool was great

The property was great for our family. The check in process was rough and not accurate to the description as to where the check in package was located so we wandered around for 30 mins. When we called they could not find anyone initially to help us . This was very frustrating . Only other thing to be aware of us is there is no a/c and we were on third floor. The loft and inner bedroom get very hot on a warmSummer evening( 80Degrees) as there are no windows and it was hard to sleep. The kitchen was well equipped and poolAnd hot tubs were lovely. The gym was nice as well.

Small but good.

The place is clean. Small but quaint. Some toilets are the round cheap kind. The loft stays too hot and needs a wall and door to close off from living area. Couch and chairs do not support neck and not very comfortable. Living room does not fit everyone. TV is small and no sound bar. Jacuzzis were always full and people did not share well. Location is good to go skiing. The trams to slopes were good. Parking garage is tight but good. Decent small place.

Easy Layout, GREAT Pool, Good for Two Families

This unit was exactly what we needed for our off-season stay. We are repeat customers because of the four hot tubs and indoor/outdoor pool. Easy access, nice parking garage, comfortable unit. We only wish we could afford it during ski season!

Nice Place, little chaotic checking in, Needed few little repairs, Care wouldn't fit into Underground garage with ski racks. Nice to have 4 bed , 4 bath. Pool and hot tubs were very nice.

Steamboat family trip

The place sleeps 8 but the dining table only had 6 chairs. Cleaning staff needs to spend time reorganizing the kitchen. There was no place to put food or other items you brought. Also, oddly had 2 microwaves. Check in info came late and directions weren’t great. Nice furnishings and good beds. Nice location

Hard to work with

I would love to give a raving review for this property but unfortunately our experience didn’t allow for it. While the space itself was great (and location amazing!) the service was very disappointing. We had a group of skiers coming in to experience steamboat from all over the US. I received a text the morning of our check in that our condo was needed to be used to fix a leak in the complex. They upgraded us to a larger place but told us we needed to move to our originally booked condo Saturday morning. Our group planned to ski Friday-Sunday and unfortunately from the move of apartments we didn’t get to the mountain Saturday until the rush hit. We missed close to 3 hours of skiing (we all woke up around 7 to pack the condo up). We understand things happen but they cut into our time together and in return offered us a whopping $150 in rebate. They did explain that they were offering us other services (like a shuttle we didn’t use and a bigger condo we didn’t really need) but it was a big disappointment to miss out on what we were originally there for (skiing) and to have our time disrespected like that. Again property was good. Customer service and treatment was not.

Loved Steamboat!

The condo was great! It had everything we needed and was really easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The amenities were really nice and wished we had more time to enjoy them. It would be a great location to ski in the winter.

Great location but condo needs some TLC

The location and the community were great! The HOA put on a happy hour and ice cream social that was a lot of fun. The unit was super clean, plenty of room to fit 2 families. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable that no one was able to get a good night sleep. We did request new pillows and they were delivered in a timely manner which helped a little bit. The couch was so run down that the armrests essentially broken. The owner should spend some money on new mattress, pillows and sofa. If those items were addressed and the mattresses from the 1960’s were replaced I would start again.

Great layout for families

Great layout for families with each room having a designated bathroom. The property was very nice and great amenities. We loved the pool! Downside was driving a few miles down the road to get checked in and handed keys. The wicker kitchen chairs were also falling apart and making a mess all weekend. Otherwise I would recommend it.

Great Location - A Few Drawback but Worth it

Overall this unit is great - the resort location & amenities are great. It is a bit smaller than it looks in pictures so if you have the max amount of people staying it may feel tight. It's also not the most kid friendly - the building has a couple steps to get to the elevator (a struggle with a stroller), the spiral staircase is a hazard for little ones and while it was so nice to have a porch it also was a hazard for little ones with the railing gaps. Overall, we'd happily stay again but a few things to keep in mind!

Great location for ski trip!

Highly recommend for a ski trip. Loved the resort shuttles (no need to rent a car) and multiple hot tubs. Property is well kept. Ski locker handy. Laundry in basement was free and convenient. Condo can sleep 8 easily, but living space might be tight with that many people. Would stay here again!
