Awesome house and great location

Loved the entire house! It was a short drive to everything, including downtown, and it was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you'd need for an extended stay. The hot tub was really nice, with a ton of privacy on the back deck. Would definitely stay at Fairway Meadows again!

Great house close to ski slopes

Very comfortable home close to ski slopes. Check-in was easy, comfortable beds, and well stock kitchen. So nice to enjoy the hot tub on back porch after a day of skiing. Paige is great with communication. Would definitely book again.

Great cabin in Steamboat

We had an amazing late fall weekend. Paige was a great hostess and the house was just as advertised. There was a great hop tub and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the family. Would book again.

Excellent location, accommodating host

The property is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with close access to hiking, golf, city center, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We were surprised to find we were in one of two units that share a deck and hot tub. There was no one staying in the other unit, but had there been, it would not actually be a “private” deck and hot tub (as advertised). From the deck there is a limited view but good privacy. The house is well-stocked with kitchen, paper supplies and towels, and a variety of other incidentals. We had the misfortune of visiting during a very hot week. Several fans were provided (and appreciated), but the house was still quite hot, especially the main level and master bedroom. The lower bedrooms were comfortable, but the master bedroom never did get cool, even at night. In its current state (no AC) this property may be best suited for Spring, Fall and Winter visitors. It seems the unit could use some deep cleaning, especially the oven (smoked when we used it), carpets (visable stains), and bathroom rugs (stains). The hot tub was not clean (cloudy/foamy water). There were instructions for how to contact a spa maintenance company, but our days were full and did not allow time to arrange for cleaning that could have been done prior to our arrival. A high price tag generates high expectations and ours were not realized with this particular property.

Amazing winter break

The property is exactly as advertised, great views of the ski slopes from the living room and balcony, set in a charming neighborhood. House was very clean, beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The main downtown area and the ski resort are a literal 5 minute drive from the house. No complaints, would definitely stay again. Property manager was very quick to respond.

Wonderful Stay

This property is a gem. It was so cozy and I loved the family style concept. We borrowed a few coffee pods and left other helpful things. We saw many elk each day, but my husband is a master spotter. Perfect winter stay. Looking forward to next time. :) Ann

Beautiful home close to everything!

Beautiful home. Well appointed kitchen. Enjoyed staying in and cooking meals. Very nice hot tub. Taxidermy in living room and large fireplace gives a cabin feel but in a large space. Very luxurious bedrooms. Walk in showers nice. Perfect place for families. Close to the slopes. We loved it and would stay agin next time in Steamboat!

Tucked in the Aspens

The he back deck tucked in the aspens was a wonderful gathering place, mornings with coffee, drinks in the evenings. Beds had quality linens and super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking easy. We took evening strolls around the beautiful neighborhood. Paige the host was easy to communicate with and offered us some flexibility at check out.

Location + Host Fabulous

This place was a fabulous stay for our small group. Location was stellar, house was located a few mins from town, house was cute + clean, the hot tub made for a fabulous addition and the host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend. We went during very snowy weather, on top of a lot of snow accumulation, so not a ton of spots to walk the dog other than the street as snow drifts are v high this winter - but that’s just how it goes with nature and a snowy mountain town! All of our pups did great regardless. In the summer I am sure the back trail would be incredible for walks, and I hope we make it back to check that out sometime.

Wonderful Return Trip!

This was our second visit to the Harper house and we had a great time! Paige does not disappoint! There had been some nice upgrades since our last visit and our family loved the house. So convenient to the slopes and all amenities. My only suggestion is a larger TV and upgrade to HD. Price seems to be going way up next year so we’ll probably have to forgo this great place. It’s been great though!
