The host had clear instructions and did a good job outlining the options for getting around town and to the mountain. Only really docking a star because some of the stuff around the house is very outdated and there were some stink bugs around.

Great mountain location! Easy walk and frequent shuttle. The townhome was clean upon arrival. Could use some updating but was perfectly comfortable and spacious for our family.

Nice location and good layout for many guests

This is a walkable area and each bedroom has a bathroom which was great! The garage was also a plus.

Wouldn't stay again!

I have never given a bad review because I like to take things in stride, but I feel like the listing isn't accurate. This unit has significant wear and tear from their visitors, and I felt obligated to share. Good: Location, well stocked with many items for you like home, remodeled bathrooms, ease of access to the unit, new pool, moose visitor, check out process was easy. Cons: Significant wear and tear on woodwork and walls to the point it felt dirty/run down, urine spots on the carpet, scratched up furniture, gaming system didn't work, bugs in the lights and windowsills, stains on area rugs and upholstery, no air conditioner (as listed), itrip management wouldn't let us transfer to another unit but was attentive to getting us fans. For example, we put sheets over the couch to sit on it. Will not be staying here again - my family didn't even feel comfortable.

Smaller than expected

The room photos are not accurately labeled, and we were expecting an additional bedroom when we arrived. This is basically a three bedroom with a basement game room that has a small pullout and a single pullout in the main living room. The company that rents the space was responsive in terms of talking us through the space and when the front door code didn’t work (it happened a couple times, so make sure garage access is always an option). However, I wouldn’t stay here again because they seemed to be unwilling to admit that they may benefit from the misleading nature of the listing (and in reading previous reviews, they have definitely gotten this feedback from other guests). They dropped off an air mattress for us (sadly my niece ended up on the floor each morning cause it would deflate in the night). We are a family of 11 and the apartment was really tight for us. If you have small kids who like to sleep all together in beds, this could possibly work for a bigger group. The company also charges a small non refundable damage deposit or the option of a large refundable deposit, which was an unexpected additional charge. The space itself was well organized and the bathrooms were well stocked. Easy check out.

Ski trip

Great property. Convenient to the shuttle and the mountain. The listing says 4 bedrooms and one was really a game room with a tiny pullout. Should be clearer on the listing

Almost a month in Steamboat at Waterford 3

We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rental support was flawless, and the townhouse was nice and cozy. Two minor comments on room for improvement are that: 1) the photos online make the place look bigger than it is. It is 3-levels and a bit narrow, which was fine, we just would have liked to have been able to see that a bit more and know we would have 2 sets of stairs to go up and down (including with a big dog); and 2) we like to cook, and the kitchen utensils are not great. We bought a few items and left them for the next users. The kitchen layout is really good, they just need better cookware and utensils! We could definitely recommend the place. It was quiet, peaceful, nice neighbors who own and are there a lot. Great maintenance people, very dog friendly, all good. No real views and the neighborhood is very developed, but the location is convenient for all activities, whether one is skiing or not.

Nice condo in Steamboat

Cute place for a family. Not alot of space to chill & watch movies as a family but it was nice & clean. The parking is ok for 3 cars, small garage… tight space.

A quick break in Steamboat

Lovely property but the description is misleading

This is a great rental and I would highly recommend it to a smaller group looking for 3 bedrooms. It is not a true 4 bedroom and it does not really accommodate 12 people as listed. Bedroom 1 with king size bed was great for 2 people. Bedroom 2 with queen size bed was also great for 2 people. The 3rd bedroom had full size bunk beds so if you have 4 people kids that don’t mind sleeping together or some college kids that don’t mind being together then bedroom 3 can accommodate 4 people. The fourth “bedroom” is really just a game room with a pull out couch. Again, there is nothing wrong with this but it was advertised as a bedroom which usually connotes having a closet. It did not. It had a pull out sleeper sofa that could accommodate young kids or college kids that don’t mind squishing together, but then you lose the whole game room appeal. Finally, there was a pull out sofa in the main area that could accommodate one more person. Even squishing together that does not add up to 12 people. Again, this house was a great house, very clean, close to town. It had a lot of nice features. I was just disappointed because we decided to pay twice the price to move to a 4 bedroom house that could supposedly fit 12 people from a 3 bedroom House that could accommodate 7 people and I didn’t really see any value in the move. If the listing were a little more honest about the sleeping area I would have given it 5 stars.

Nice place and location

Very nice place to stay. Maybe people could close to town and accepted dogs Process was very smooth The property was a new rental so they were still getting it up to speed and so will get better The cleaning people probably could clean the corners a little bit better

Great property BUT pool was out of commission

Property was great besides the pool was not working which is one of the main reasons I choose the property. Did not know it wasn’t useable ( due to an electrical issue) until I got the check in email. Pool was definitely out of commission for quite sometime.
