"Spent the weekend here with friends for my birthday. Really lovely place, large and spacious...looks better than it did in the pictures. We loved the large kitchen and conservatory. "We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. "Had a four day break with parents, the cottage was spotless on arrival and well equipped. The wifi was occasionally sporadic but to be expected in a rural area. We slept well with no passing traffic and even with four adults there was ample hot water.Lots of seating and although weather was poor the outside seating area was great . Small downside was the property can be rented alongside next door(semi detached) , there is a locked interconnecting door but the noise can carry through a little ."
