"Subject: Request for Compensation – Stay at Grecotel Plaza Beach House
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing regarding our recent stay at the Grecotel Plaza Beach House in Rethymnon, from 6-11 august, during which we booked a “Petit Loft Maisonette” for 5 nights.
Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of the standards expected from an establishment of your reputation. Below is a summary of the main issues we encountered:
• First room: extremely noisy, located on a very busy street. It was...

"A truly fantastic and luxurious stay at Panor Villas!
Our vacation at Panor Villas in Rethymno, Crete was simply perfect. This villa is an absolute gem, and it truly delivered on every single promise.
The villa itself was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was incredibly spacious and well-designed, providing us with a wonderful sense of privacy and comfort. The real highlight for us was the amazing pool. It was the centerpiece of our stay—perfect for cooling off, relaxing,...

"It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. But none of these would make us not wanting to revisit and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to...

"We absolutely loved our stay here, right in the centre of the old town. The location was brilliant, lots of restaurants and shops all just steps away.
The apartment was clean and had everything you could need for a few nights stay in the town.
The host was always contactable and was really helpful when arranging checkin, and generally just making sure we were happy and everything was good (which it was!)
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, but worth noting there is 2 flights of stairs...

"We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while travelling around Crete, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
The hotel is conveniently located near the coast, with a quaint beach just a short walk away and several restaurants lining the surrounding area. It is also well situated for exploring the many nearby attractions. Despite its convenient location, the area is pleasantly quiet and peaceful.
Our room was fairly basic but clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary...
