Nightmare trying to sort out any admin with them. Can't provide invoice, only hotel I have stayed at in last 3 years that can't. Don't use for business travel until they can sort it out.

Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa
Staff were hit and miss. Lucy checked me in and was great but Grace refused to let me borrow a charger even though she said there was a box full in lost property. Telegraph Hotel - Coventry
Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished
