"Increíble y espaciosa habitación, muy agradable hotel!, solo que check in es muy tarde y check out demasiado temprano y no te da tiempo de hacer nada, además no hay ni una máquina dispensadora de refrescos o algo similar y las tienditas cierran temprano!, el valer parking es lento por tanta gente k sale a la misma hora y nadie te ayuda con las maletas"

"What a perfect place to stay. Location, location, location! This place was perfect! Management was above the top helpful and kind. It is within walking distance to everything! You had all the shops and restaurants at the Heavenly Village and then the private beach the other way. The hotel provides a pass to the private beach so instead of 30 it was only 5 per person for the whole day. The beach is beautiful and well worth it! And then Harrahs and Ceasars literally across the street if you like...

"Had a great time despite the insane amount of snow. This property is in a great location and the hot tub is clutch. It would be nice to have access to the washer/dryer, so be wary that you won’t have the ability to dry any wet clothes!"

"If you want to stay somewhere you can find peace this isn’t the place When my wife found someone had left a stain on sheets she asked me to remove them and I had found the mattress cover stained with two pee stains on it and took a picture of it After three days of fighting and noise above us we decided to cut our trip short and go home No one really cleans this place at all. "My husband and I spent 35 days here with our two small dogs. We had friends fly in and out and overall had an amazing time. A few notes: -Location is excellent. Restaurants, the beach, etc. are all walkable. -Property owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with.
