Visited for family weekend and it worked out great. Plenty of room and the kitchen was well equipped. The boat was very responsive and it was easy to walk into collegetown and onto campus. Would definitely stay here again.

Penn State football weekend

Perfect place to stay for a Penn State football weekend. Clean, great amenities, plenty of space and an easy walk to downtown. I would highly recommend to any visitors!

Cool House

Perfect house for any occasion. Craft style but updated with every amenity. Good size, great for a small group. Close to town in a great neighborhood. Would certainly stay again.

Hockey weekend

Awesome location, great owner

We had a great time at this place - it was in great shape and had everything we needed to set up for an awesome weekend. Jonathan was extremely responsive and helpful which was much appreciated. The location is amazing and having the parking available was a huge bonus.

PSU 2025 Graduation Weekend

We loved this home and location. Jonathan was very responsible and flexible with our needs. Home was super clean, lots of space to enjoy time celebrating with our son and family. Parking garage close if too many drivers. We would definitely book again if the opportunity presents.

Perfect Location for PENN State graduation weekend

Our family enjoyed the house and it’s proximity to restaurants. There was length of room. The PDF outlining the information about the house features was very thorough.

Beautiful and relaxing

This home has been updated and is beautiful and welcoming. We spent most of our time in the backyard, including meals. The bedrooms, living areas and dine-in kitchen are spacious and comfortable, including the finished area of the basement, which has plenty of windows that offer natural light during the day. Jonathan, the owner, was timely and thorough in his communications to prepare us for our stay and quick to respond to questions. This was the perfect place to gather with family to celebrate our recent Penn State graduate’s naval officer commissioning.

Perfect house!

Very clean and organized home in a nice neighborhood. Looks as if it was updated recently and Is beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for our entire party of 5 adults and 3 teens, with room to spare. Easy walk to PSU, Beaver stadium and Bryce Jordan Center. Very little parking for big vehicles is only negative but there is a parking garage a short distance away. Jonathan is extremely responsive to any questions if they come up.

Perfect for a PSU mini-reunion

The house is in a lovely neighborhood, an easy walk to campus and even to the stadium. It’s modern and well-designed, super clean, and came with little things that made all the difference (coffee + toothpaste? Be still my heart!). Jonathan was responsive, accommodating, and helpful - the perfect host. The bedrooms are spacious and super comfy. We didn’t need the basement space, but it’s giant and offers excellent privacy. There’s only one shower, typical of homes of a similar age, and it wasn’t a problem, just something to keep in mind. We will absolutely be checking availability for a repeat visit next season. Would highly recommend!

Great location and nice neighborhood

The house was perfect for our group of 5 Penn State alumni friends. We were surprised how much space there was, it’s bigger than it looks in the photos. It was tastefully decorated, very clean and fresh. The kitchen had new appliances and everything else we needed. We loved the huge sofa in the living room with space for everyone to sit. It’s a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still close to downtown and campus. If you have multiple cars you may need to park one elsewhere because you can’t park overnight on the street. This wasn’t a problem since there is a parking garage within walking distance on Beaver Ave at a reasonable price and free Sundays.

Lovely home away from home

My family had the greatest State College experience. This home is in the perfect location, a great neighborhood and walking distance to downtown and to campus. It’s beautifully kept, spacious, updated throughout with all the comforts of home. Jonathan was a pleasure from time of booking to check out!
