This is our second stay at Cheryl and Charlie's beautiful property. It's truly a getaway, situated in beautiful countryside with a pool (open seasonally), hottub, and screened in pavilion. Plenty of space for up to 6 people, with 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms. The common area has great views of the property and is fully stocked, including muffins/fruit for breakfast. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly organized. The house had everything we needed and more, and the attention to detail was clear everywhere we looked. The view was breathtaking, with nature all around—lush green grass, big trees, and flowers everywhere that made the setting feel so peaceful and special.The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the kids had an amazing time enjoying it every day. It was the perfect place for both relaxation and family fun.What truly made our stay stand out were our hosts, Mrs. Cheryl and Mr. Charlie. They were absolutely wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Mr. Charlie was so nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.This was truly one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Spectacular! If you are going to Penn State for anything, staying at this property will make your trip that much more memorable! Clean, amazing attention to detail, so many great amenities, and great communication with wonderful owners. Here is my one and only criticism. They have set the bar SO high for a properry rental, every future rental is surely to be inferior! 10/10. If you are thinking about booking, just do it. You'll be thrilled you did.

Great place!

This was our fourth summer staying at this property. It's always a great time which is why we keep going back! Owners are great at solving any problems that crop up. We're not there for anything Penn State related. We lived in the area for a few years and return to catch up with family and friends, go to the Clinton County Fair and just make sure our grandkids have a great little summer getaway...and they did!

The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. We appreciated all the breakfast food that was left for us. The pool and the hottub were fantastic. There is road noise from a nearby highway but we ignored it and really enjoyed our time on the property. We hiked, rode bikes and fished. We will be back.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a long weekend over the 4th of July holiday. We had a fantastic time! The grounds are immaculate, and we enjoyed the pool every day of our stay, phenomenal, and would definitely book this property again! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time. The place was exactly as described in the facts on the vrbo site. Cheryl and Charlie are very quick to get back to you on anything. Then place was clean as well as the heated pool. It’s a great place to relax, read, enjoy the pool, fire pits and the property. Stores of all type are within a few miles. We would visit again.

Great Stay for Penn State Football

This location was SO close to Beaver Stadium! Close trails offered a great location for walking and running. The house was very clean, and had plenty of room. You have the entire guest house/property to yourself, this is not a shared residence. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient to Penn State

We stayed here while visiting our student at Penn State. It is < 10 minutes away, located in the country next to a large creek. While it is close to an highway its presence did not bother us. The home is well thought out and smartly furnished. Cheryl even had it decorated for fall. She included lots of snacks/breakfast items and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need! The master mattress is ready for replacement, but other than that we give it 5 stars.
