"I was very happy with my stay at Upper Delaware . I only picked amenities as a 4 because they have no hot tub.( not expected but had to wish 4 one after rowing into wind all day) . Seriously, they have a nice coffee bar& laundy. All I would want plus nice staff and clean new updated rooms . "

"The owners were very attentive and willing to answer any question we had with very quick responses. The owners gave many recommendations for food in the area when asked. The place fit our needs perfectly. Will rent this place again if in the area again."

"The house was a good space for our 2 adults and 3 kids trip. We liked the house a lot and the fire pit area outside and the creek. The only disappointing thing was it did not seem very clean, lots of spider webs, some stains on the sheets that came out when we washed then upon our arrival and the grill was very gross we didn't even bother with it. The house does also sit next to a street that has a lot of work trucks during the day which are a bit loud, but seemed to be less busy by the evening....

"while my family and i werent able to stay due to personal reasons the property manager granted us a credit to use within a year when we do come back to PA which was incredibly nice. we look forward to staying at this place in the future as it is a beautiful property "

The room was beautiful, very clean, well stocked coffee bar, and the property manager was very quick to reply back if i had any questions! The town is a nice quiet little town! I would recommend this place to anyone!"
