House is open space with sleeping area for 2 persons, living area and kitchen ( 2 cooking plate, small refrigerator, filter coffe maker),small bathroom on the groundfloor and big bathroom on the first floor, garden, parking place, summer kitchen ( 4 cooking plate, oven, refrigerator, freezer), barbecue. Big terrace with sea view on the first floor.
Wi fi is a STARLINK - signal is good on the terrace and in the house depends from mobile phone. House has walls from 60 cm and the signal is not the same in whole house.
House is 400 years old, renovated a few yours ago.
