"It was very dirty. Rugs were filthy. Towels smelled like mildew, extra pillows in closet were visibly dirty with sweat marks and smells like sweat. Couch and couch pillows were so dirty. Bathroom doors were disgustingly dirty, master bedroom was not cleaned either. Cot in other room was not cleaned and sheet did not fit. And there was open food and creamer in the fridge which is supposed to be removed between guests. "

"I loved everything about this rental! It was clean, user friendly, and we were very comfortable. It felt like we were home. The dogs enjoyed themselves, and we were minutes away from restaurants and shopping! Kacey was wonderful in helping me figure out how to lock the door when I had an issue. He was very friendly on the phone. I loved how easy it was to walk into the house and know how to work the TV's, and AC. The online instructions were easy to follow. I recommend staying here when...

"The house is in a great location. Neighborhood is beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was great. Kitchen was terribly under stocked. The glass stovetop requires a certain type of pan in order to heat up and only a couple of the provided pans actually worked. It is a home that accommodates 14 people but there isn’t enough plates, cups, silverware or coffee mugs to feed 14 people. Be sure to bring paper and plastic ware with you. Thankfully we had a friend that lived nearby so I...
