"I will start by saying the outside area was beautiful only short walk to Blanco River. Staying in the cabin wasn’t what I expected. The sofa bed which I had to sleep on first night reeked of pet urine. Next day the refrigerator started leaking water on kitchen floor. Maintenance man shut of power to ice maker. We had no filtered water or ice ( management sent 2 bags of ice to wrong address. Water leak stopped for one day, but started again day before our departure. We stayed 7 days at the River...

The property and scenery were beautiful and the house was amazing with all the available rooms and the game room in the garage. Plus, it is in a great location with only about a 15min drive to River, New Braunfels, and Downtown San Marcos! If I ever need another place to stay in that area, I will definitely be booking this place again!"
