"The place is perfect for a simple place to stay for one or two people. The place was super-clean and everything was in new condition. The location was quiet and peaceful with a wide variety of birds on the property. I would say the property and the unit were much nicer in person than conveyed in the photos. Rich was right there the first time I pulled up the driveway and showed me everything I needed to know about the location.I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit...

"Everything was as described. Clean, nice house. Felt pretty private. Some noise from the highway, but not bad. We kept a couple of horses, great sized turnouts. Enjoyed watching birds and bunnies at the water in the back of house. We would definitely stay again."

"We found the property to be easy to find and access, it had what we needed and was conveniently located. The bed was very comfortable - which is important for us older folks - and everything worked as expected. It was a little noisy while someone nearby was doing yard work, and the blinds didn't completely darken the bedroom from outside lights (at night). Earplugs and an eye mask might be good to have if you're a sensitive sleeper. Washer dryer in unit but there wasn't laundry detergent...

"This is a gem! We come down to see family at the Flying E Ranch, and go to their concert in the desert. We are from Indiana, so knowing exact location is hard. This place did not disappoint! The view was amazing, the place was so clean. Only coule minutes from town. We hated to leave, will definitely stay again. There were 4 of us, myself, husband and 2 teenage boys and it was perfect size!!!"
