    By Car: Cheltenham is well-connected by road. 5 North Place is easily accessible via the A4019, which leads to other parts of Gloucestershire and connects to the M5 motorway. Parking in the area may be limited, especially in the town center, but there are public car parks and on-street parking available.



    By Bus: Cheltenham has an extensive bus network. There are several bus stops nearby that offer routes to different parts of Cheltenham and beyond, including neighboring towns. The Cheltenham Spa Railway Station is a key bus hub with connections to long-distance routes.



    By Train: The Cheltenham Spa Railway Station is a short distance from North Place and provides convenient train services to cities like Bristol, Birmingham, and London. This makes 5 North Place a great base for those who need to commute or travel frequently.



    By Bicycle: Cheltenham is cycling-friendly, with several bike lanes and paths in and around the town. You can easily get around by bike, whether for leisure or commuting.



    Other Things to Note:

    We operate on a self check-in/out basis, allowing you to come and go freely once checked in.



    Our guest support hours are from 7am to 12 midnight.

    *This property is not suitable for parties!



    *This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.



    *We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.



    *Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.



    *For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.



    EXTRAS:

    If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in.
