A huge disappointment

"I was really looking forward to my stay at The Candlesticks. However as soon as I entered, I began to have my doubts. The bar area, where the owner received us, looked particularly shabby and it smelt musty. It was 3pm (an hour after checking-in should have started) and the room wasn't ready. It ..."

SHOCKINGLY BAD

"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these.
