"It was very clean: Breakfast was good. It had a good variety of foods. They gave Me personal service several times ev n came to my room to show me how to work the heating system when zI asked to stay an extra night and single room wasn’t available, they adjusted the price on a larger room so I could stay"

"An excellent option if you have an overnight layover, take the bus from Heathrow Airport (£1) and you’ll be there in ten minutes. Nice pub and good food."

"El Hotel no esta mal pero no se corresponde con elevado precio (250€/noche), en una de las dos habitaciones no funcionaba la WIFI, lo repararon en unas 18 horas, en la otra habitación, el baño no tenia enchufe, el lavabo tenia una encimera muy pequeña y la mampara de la ducha no era del todo estanca, en la mesita auxiliar apenas cabia el ordenador."

"It was fantastic! Honestly I cannot fault it, the only thing I’d suggest is a thin mattress topper so that you can’t feel the buttons on the mattress. Staff were lovely, everything in the room you could want. I appreciated the little bottle of semi skimmed milk in the fridge, and bottles of water!"

"You cannot talk to them, my flight got canceled as one of the plane engines almost exploded and I tried by all means to cancel and I only got automatic responses and automated emails saying that they were welcome to receive me "

"The nicest place to stay in! The service, the room, the comfiest bed, the perfect breakfast! Five minutes walk to the peaceful riverside where you can walk or half an hour with the train and you’re in the middle of hustle and bustle. And after a busy day in the city you can come back, have a nice dinner, maybe a pint and you’re already in your accommodation! "

"Lovely old pub with character, friendly staff and locals. Stayed 1 night with my son for rugby. Twickenham 10min walk. Was given a permit to park on the road for free and found a space 50m away. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff very nice, especially the Ukrainian lady who served breakfast. Very polite and efficient."
