Please be aware our garden and waste management are professionally maintained on a regular schedule, this may sometimes overlap with guest stays as such someone may need to access the grounds area during your stay. They won’t need to enter the house or disturb you, and the work should be quick and unobtrusive.


Property is professionally managed.

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.

Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
