Ich war mit meinem Baby dort und sie haben nicht nur ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl bereitgestellt, sie haben auch alles getan, damit der Kleine gleich nach Ankunft schlafen kann. "Es war hervorragend und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer bzw. das Haus war super gepflegt und man spürt das die Vermieter alles tun um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle war fünf Minuten entfernt und eine gute Verbindung (3 Minuten mit der Tram) zum S-Bahn-Bahnhof Grünau. Dort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Standort an der Regatta-Tribüne ist sehr schön und auch Lokale in der Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen. Der in der Nähe liegende Flughafen hat uns nicht gestört. "

"Was für eine tolle Ferienwohnung! Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der wunderbare große Tisch, auf dem wir regelmäßig unsere Brettspiele ausgepackt haben, hatte es uns auf Anhieb angetan.Dazu eine perfekte Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern inklusive Essenstip (der Italiener war wirklich sehr lecker!) und Warnungen vor dem Schneechaos. "We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"

"Eileen was the most wonderful host - really appreciated having her nearby and she was super kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet at night. Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks. "Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, kreativ und ganz gemütlich. Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus.
