Our home is all on one level with an open plan living area and doors that lead out onto the garden and its great entertaining space and outside bar. With lots of attractions on the doorstep it is a great space for a family or two couples to stay The space As you step through the door to the entrance hall you will notice the light and airy feel, to your right is a cloakroom for shoes and boots and to hang your coats. The property is all on one level so it is ideal for anyone with difficulty using stairs As you walk along the hall you come to a utility room with washing machine and dryer and plenty of storage. The bedrooms are also off the hall, the first has twin beds with hotel quality linen and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a shower room and a bathroom ensuite, both have freshly laundered towels and hotel style toiletries. The Master bedroom has a King size Ottoman bed for plenty of storage, a dressing table and hanging rails as well as doors that go straight out to the garden, perfect for breakfast on the patio
Carry on through to the open-concept living room with sleek, contemporary decor, a large flat-screen smart TV, and comfortable seating perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The perfectly formed and well-equipped kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle and toaster making it the perfect spot to whip up a quick snack or prepare a heart warming dinner. Its also has a breakfast bar, so you can socialise while you cook or work on your laptop The dining area has a comfortable table and chairs for 4, or you can take your meal out through the bifold doors onto the patio area and admire the stunning architecture of the building. This is where the relaxation really begins, the garden is a great space for entertaining with its very own outside bar, (feel free to bring your own supplies) and a convenient outside toilet. There is a decked area with deck chairs, a patio area with comfortable seating and a cover that can be closed depending on the weather and the garden is fully enclosed so is great for families
Fresh white bed linen and towels are provided (One Bath Sheet and One Hand Towel per person) all hotel quality and hotel-style toiletries are provided as well as a complimentary tea/coffee pack and Dishwashing/detergent packs, toilet roll, kitchen roll, etc.. which will last a couple of days. If you want to do some shopping there are plenty of local shops and supermarkets within a 2-10 minute drive
There is a large driveway enough for up to 4 cars Guest access Guests have access to the whole property Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
