Beautiful Beach Property for Rent

  • ¿Has estado soñando con despertar al sonido del océano, bebiendo café con vistas a una hermosa bahía? La casa de playa será una escapada perfecta. Situado en St. Mary's Bay, en la península de Avalon, la zona es famosa como parte de la Irish loop, y esta zona en particular para la observación de ballenas. Usted estará justo en una playa ya sólo unos minutos a pie del océano.

    La casa de playa es un dos pisos, tradicional "caja de sal" casa de estilo. Tiene tres dormitorios arriba (2 con camas queen size, el tercero con una reina y doble) y un baño. En la planta baja tiene una cocina comedor brillante y una sala de estar. Justo al lado de la cocina es un porche cubierto cerramiento donde cuatro pueden sentarse cómodamente para tomar café y charlar mientras mira a través de la bahía. beautiful location, the last house on the "block" if you can call it that, so secluded and peaceful, right on the water but also very close to st vincents beach where we saw whales every time of the 3 times that we went there! everything was very well thought out and it was great to wake up looking right at the water. all in all a great stay at a great place!

This cottage is really close to St. Vincent's Beach and we wanted to see the whales feeding there during our stay. We were able to walk to the beach several times each day to see if there was any activity and on our 4th visit, we were fortunate to see a minke, a seal and a humpback. We also enjoyed hiking a few trails in the community of St. Mary's.

Notre hôte était vraiment à l'écoute et hyper présente tout le long de notre séjour. Malgré un ou deux pépins, nous avons passé un beau séjour. L'emplacement près de la plage est extraordinaire, mais la propreté laissait vraiment à désiré.

A charming, character-filled old house located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, right by the water. The house is simple yet practically furnished and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is absolutely gorgeous and very easy to find thanks to Heather’s directions (make sure to ignore the VRBO location pin and Google Maps directions!). It is within walking distance of the beach and serves as a perfect base for exploring the area, including the historic fishing village of St. Shott’s.

Heather’s house was a bright, comfortable place to stay in St Vincent’s. A great location to stay for whale watching at the beach (sadly, they were not present this year). It’s a quick drive to the beach so perfect. It’s a lovely spot looking out onto the pond. There were a few missing kitchen items such as a can opener and aluminum foil but, generally, an adequately appointed house. I would happily stay again if returning to St. Vincent’s.

St Vincent’s Holiday!!

We had an amazing time! An amazing view! A property manager who looked after us well and an owner with a big heart! We would have no problems staying again…perfect location close to family! Thank you for making our stay a home away from home!

Nice quiet relaxing spot

Beautiful property along the water with amazing views of waves rolling in. House is quiet and comfortable with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Cleaning could have been better but we were able to sort this ourselves.

Foggy stay at st Vincent

We enjoyed the accommodations although the days we were there it was very foggy and we were unable to look for whales at the beach. No tv available but we did not miss it as we used our laptop and the internet was very good. Thanks for sharing your home it was very comfortable.

The Perfect little getaway

This salt box style house is located just 1.5 hours from St John's and is set in the most amazing location. We were able to swim in the inlet, walk to the beach, explore mistaken point, eat a lovely meal in tenessey and enjoy glorious sunsets, sunrises and the milkyway. All without having to leave our two dogs behind. Our family was able to reconnect and bond. Loved it!

St Vincent's tuck away

Lovely view of water from the small sun room. Very tucked away and quiet. Close to the stone beach and to Trepassey and the wonderful fossils nearby.

Beautiful area

Nice place tucked away just off the beach perfect for fishing having pond frontage.nice sandy beaches in each community.The locals are the nicest friendliest people you’ll every meet. I’am from the city so the peace and quiet out here makes it that much more appealing.overall experience I’d grade an (A)

Perfect place to stay in Saint Vincent's

The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Heather was beyond helpful and friendly, and always addressed any messages promptly. I am overwhelmed by the kindness and friendlyness of our neighbors. I could not have been more happy with our stay!

The beds were sinking in the middle .. only a few windows opened upstairs and the rest had no screen

There was a fair bit wrong with this property .. All the beds were old and slumping in the middle. There was furniture thrown behind the home as garbage and no tv… we left after 1 night . We had booked for 3 nights. Never again!

A True Getaway

Private location in a quaint community. Old-fashioned NL home with a beautiful sunroom and outdoor fire pit. Lots of beach to explore. Very friendly locals. Nearest convenience store and gas station are about 15-20 minutes drive away. We stayed here for two nights with a family of four and we all had a great time. Recommended for an outport getaway.
