The view from the deck and pool area is phenomenal. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. We’ve stayed plenty of places where you may have a few cooking utensils. This place had everything we had accumulated at our own house over the years and then some. The place came with plenty of TP, paper towels, laundry detergent and trash bags. Lisa was our host contact and was available and responsive the entire stay. Never had a better host.

The villa was nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail was impressive. The host was very attentive to our needs and questions, very impressed with the overall experience. During our stay, we did have some minor issues with the plumbing that did not detract much from the overall experience. Super location!

Our stay at POM villa was simply phenomenal! There were 11 in our party - 6 adults and 5 children ages 10-14. All family. The house was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Lots comfort and privacy and amazing views from all rooms. The kitchen was so well stocked, we never ran out of dishes or flatware. Two refrigerators, beach towels packed in duffle bags, etc made our stay so pleasurable.

Where to even start with the experience!!!! We are a group of 13 individuals, ranging in age from 19 to 84 years old. We are 2 families that have been vacations with each other for years. When looking what we want to stay this house checked off all the boxes and more!!!!!House manager, Lisa, is the best. So easy to work with and ask questions. From the time we booked we asked about car information and grocery shopping etc. During our visit if we had questions she was quick to respond and very helpful. The house is probably one most equipped that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had pretty much everything one would need for cooking. The bedrooms were very spacious. The linens and towels were all clean and maintained. Along with large amount of beach towels. The overall cleaniliness was a 10/10 for the entire house. The washer and dryer 10/10 and 2 sets of them. Let me talk about outside view……… stunning!!!!!!!!! Pool amazing with the view!!!!!!!!!! Very clean outside. The house is gated. Pool has a great little feature for little ones with 6-8 inch shelf they can sit on and play or sun yourself. Tons of pool floats & beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again. A wonderful time had by all.

Wonderful house and location! This house was stocked with all the essentials. We had 14 guests and had plenty of space. Sitting out by the pool with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise was one of the many highlights of the week. Plenty close to all the beautiful beaches and not a bad drive from the airport. Many reviews said you needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle to navigate the road up to the house. It is unpaved but nothing bad at all. We had a minivan and had no issues. The host Lisa is AMAZING, upon arrival in STT we received all the check in info and food/location suggestions. She is very quick and responsive to address any issues or concerns!!!

One of the best properties we've stayed in

This home is spectacular. The views from the lanai and the pool are amazing. It entertains a large group so well. And it's perfectly equipped. Lisa is one of the best VRBO hosts we've worked with. Just can't recommend this property enough. The neighborhood isn't upscale but the property sure is!

Everything was perfect. The house is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing island vacation. The layout is spacious and very comfortable (we were 9 adults). Amazing in every way

Just returned from a fabulous stay at Peace of Mind. We were 6 couples and we had more than enough room. The villa was beautiful, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and we didn’t want for ANYTHING!! Our host was incredible. Always available for any question and provided helpful tips and information about the villa and the island. We loved every minute of our stay and would stay again in a minute!

PERFECT!

Wow, what a nice place. This was a family vacation, 13 adults and 2 children and the home was laid out really nice as to the accommodations. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, spices etc. All beds were very comfy as well.Lisa, the manager of the home was very nice, friendly and helpful and made our stay comfortable and informed. The pool was great with the many inflatables and a shallow end for the little ones and plenty of tables, (outdoors and indoors) for us to have our meals all together. You will definitely need a car to get you around. The driving is on the left side of the road but the speed limits is 35 mph so that made it easy. This place is highly recommended especially if you need a relaxing vaca. It couldn't have been better.

Beautiful property. Great for families. Well stocked kitchen and all amenities a family needs. The only negative about the property is the road getting to the property. It is very rough with holes in the road. It was hard to navigate and the pit holes. Need a four wheel drive vehicle to drive to the property. Our family would definitely return.

Family had a wonderful stay. The house was fantastic, and lots of good beaches with a short drive. Property has everything you could need. While we didn't really use it much the pool was awesome. We'll be back.

Great accommodations. Even better views

First off, the pictures do not do this villa enough justice. The views are spectacular. The house was spacious enough for our family of 11, but also provided the openness to enjoy meals and family bonding time as well. The accommodations were top notch. All of your needs were anticipated. Cookware, dinnerware, pool activities, board games, extra toiletries, laundry necessities. We were able to reach the property manager with ease and the communication was consistent and efficient. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend friends and family.

Great property

House was perfect for our large group. Plenty of space. Kitchen was awesome and had everything if you like to cook. Views were amazing. Clean and had everything you needed. Host was helpful and responsive. Neighborhood was iffy but we always felt safe. Though i wished i could take a walk, which we couldn’t. Parking was tough but typical i think for the island.

Peace of Mine🌞

Our stay was wonderful! The property is up the hill on 2 acres looking out towards Thatch Key, with the described 100 steps down. I think the online description of 110 steps to the water may give some the impression that the water is accessible, it absolutely is not. Otherwise though it is an incredibly special spot and the house holds a crowd well. We were grandparents, two sets of grown children with our 4 grandchildren ages 4,6, 13 & 15, as well as our adult daughter. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped. The flora and fauna surround the house and pool- it is lovely.

Breathtaking Views & Best of the Best Hosts!

We come from a “tropical” climate - Florida, USA, so we’re blessed to enjoy a little paradise of our own. But this place truly does capture what paradise should feel like!!! The pool was so serene, the photos do not do it justice!!! The home is fully equipped to enjoy space to spread out if traveling with a large party (we had 10 of us - so a little “away” time from each other was possible if we needed it!). The home was immaculate inside & out and beautifully decorated but not overdone so much that it felt uninviting! The property manager/host point of contact, Lisa was absolutely amazing from booking to post-vacation communication & THAT is what made the difference for me! Majority of us have never travelled outside of the US mainland, so there were plenty of questions & inquiries made to ensure we weren’t missing anything to think about! Lisa was timely in her responses to us as well as providing additional info in case we needed it! After our stay, she remained in contact for some last minute things that arose upon check-out & truly left us with a warm feeling to book with them again in the future without hesitation!!! If you’re looking for a spacious property to relax, unwind & enjoy the time of your life on St. Thomas - look no further than Peace of Mind Villa! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

A "Wow" property and home!

Extended family vacation of 13 people and everyone walked in and said "Wow"! From the views of the ocean, the pool overlooking it, the gorgeous home and decor... all perfection! Could not have done it without the property manager, Lisa. She was in constant communication with us from day 1 recommending places to eat, activities, and handling anything we needed! One of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had!

Stunning

This house gets a 10+ over the years we’ve used several different houses and this by far is the best layed out when thinking about the rooms. The views are amazing, love the pool and the walk down the stairs to the ocean. We have stunning pics over looking the ocean. Thank you to Lisa, you are a top of the line host, we could not have ask for better. You made sure we had everything we needed plus more.You checked on us and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful home+great host= one of a kind vacation.
