I would love to give this house all 5 stars overall but unfortunately I can’t. The house was gorgeous perfect views however when we arrived we were without power and running water the first 24 hours. The property company claimed someone had come to fix it while we were gone and the power went out however when the person came to fix it they had said it was their first time there and we were lied to by the property management company. They advertised that they had a generator but it was empty and throughout our entire 6 day stay NO ONE CAME TO FILL IT WITH DIESEL. We had gone shopping the first day before going to the house and all our meat spoiled because there was no power and no diesel in the generator. Prior to arriving we were over charged which they did correct but it was problems from the start.They did refund us for one day however with all the issues we had I feel like more should’ve been done. The property company would read my text messages and messages on VRBO and they would go ignored as well as most of my phone calls. I understand they can’t control power outages on the island but if you’re going to advertise you have a generator you should make sure it’s being maintained and filled.This property has the potential to thrive in the right hands, but the management services in the lack of effort to accommodate customers is extremely unfortunate. We visit the island multiple times a year and would’ve loved to return it’s a perfect size for big family but probably wont
