Perfect location with a great view!

This place was perfect. It was nice because it had two levels so as our kids went to sleep a little earlier, the adults could hang out downstairs. It was very clean and close to everything and right on the beach. You can snorkel right off the beach and see lots of fish. I would definitely stay here again.

As advertised

My husband, son and I stayed here for a week in May. It was exactly as advertised! The views are breathtaking from each balcony! We really liked being at Sapphire Beach Resort as it offered food and drink options within walking distance. Super close to the marina for renting a jet ski or a boat ride. The complex pool was a little rundown and the ever present iguana’s were a little alarming in the pool. Overall, great stay!

Needs some TLC

The host was very responsive to the listing and concerns upon arrival. This place needs some maintenance. And a deep clean. The A/C vent in the downstairs had black mold. The mold was on the surrounding wall surface. It was obvious that someone tried to paint over the mold in sections. Not healthy for people with asthma or respiratory disease.The vent in the downstairs bathroom was filthy. I got up and dug out thick fuzz. So disgusting.This is beyond the housekeeping duty. Please deep clean this place before someone gets sick.On the bright side, it is a great location. The staff are really great at the resort.

Nice location, poor electricity

I'll start with the good: the location is fantastic. It is literally beach-front and you walk out your door onto the beach which is lovely. The water is warm and blue and there's good snorkeling right from the beach. The beds were comfy and the inside overall was nice.The problem, and it was a big one, is that the power was out in the resort for 8 hours one day and several hours other days and the resort doesn't have backup generators. While in general this isn't a huge problem if you're not inside, it is a problem if you want to take a shower with hot water or sleep with air conditioning. I messaged the host who assured me that power would be back soon but that night the power did not come back on until after midnight. It was so uncomfortable that we considered booking a hotel elsewhere that night so we could sleep with air conditioning. Unfortunately, until they figure their electricity situation out, I would not stay here again.

Fun place to stay

Saphire Beach get a way

Condo was very spacious. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades were nice, but the condo seemed a bit old and worn. There were broken outlet covers, dishwasher detergent was in a plastic bin with a wilted box and loose detergent. There were no extra blankets The beach and pool were very nice and accommodating.

Sapphire Outlook Villa Wonderful Vacation

Accommodations were outstanding. Location in Bld B was outstanding , as was the view overlooking St John and BVI's. Communication with owners were excellent with quick responses. Overall, a 1st rate vacation with my family.

Perfect getaway family vacation

This place was beautiful- the pictures don't do it justice. The 2 balconies were oversized, the bathrooms were wonderfully remodeled, and the views were spectacular. The 2 beds upstairs were nice and large- good enough space for my 6.5 foot husband. The air conditioning was very efficient and cool, we were more than comfortable even with the hot temperatures and humidity outside. Great communication and we appreciated the little guest book on the table with recommendations of places to go and things to do. The ice cube trays were even full as well as the Brita water filter waiting for us when we arrived. Overall excellent 5 star experience. :)

Great stay!

What a beautiful condo & in a wonderful location! Everything is clean and comfortable. Bathrooms spacious with plenty of towels. Kitchen is very functional and comes equipped with all the bells & whistles. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation Villa

Beautiful spacious two story villa with the most amazing view. Two balconies overlooking St. John and gorgeous blue waters. Well decorated and perfectly located. The cleaners did an excellent job prior to my arrival. The resort has an incredible bar with excellent drinks, friendly bartenders, and very good food. There is a beautiful gift shop where I purchased wonderful souvenirs, and also a coffee shop with delicious coffee that offers breakfast and ice cream. There is a fancy (expensive) restaurant that is only open for dinner and weekend brunch. Snorkeling at the resort is wonderful. The beach is beautiful. The town of Red Hook is only about a mile away with additional restaurnats and a grocery store. The ferry to St. John is also located in Red Hook and is cheap (only $6 each way) and fast (20 minutes). Can't wait to return here with my family to enjoy St. Thomas and St. John again.

We had a wonderful relaxing week. The communication with Alexander was great and walked right up and into the condo...super easy. The condo was clean with everything we needed...location is awesome, great beach, very friendly staff! We'll be back!

Amazing stay- GREAT condo!

We stayed at this property in Aug 2023. I searched several properties before booking this. It was the perfect for us - me, my husband, and two older kids. The condo was clean and spacious for the four of us. It was hot in August & the AC was cold! The balconies offer gorgeous views of the beach and sea. Shampoo and conditioner are supplied as well as hair dryers. This was helpful as we traveled with carry on luggage only. The kitchen is nicely equipped. We went to the grocery store to get food/drinks and went out to dinner every night. We snorkeled right at the beach and saw amazing fish in the reef. The beach is so close and is lined with trees so there's plenty of space to get shade or sun by the beach. The Beach Bar is a casual place to get food/drinks. Staff are friendly and the food was very good. The condo is in a great location - building B is a very quick walk to everything. There's also a coffee shop there with breakfast sandwiches, a pizza place, & a little boutique shop. We opted not to rent a car and used taxis instead. They are lined up at the resort and are very easily accessible. There's a lot to see in St Thomas & we also took the ferry to St John one day, where we did rent a car and went to 2 beaches there. Alexander, the host, was quick to respond during the booking process and while we were there with any questions we had. The condo is just as pictured- if not better. It was exactly what we wanted for our vacation & we would definitely return!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This was a great place to stay. The condo was on two floors and both had outdoor porches with seating and the best view of the beach and the ocean. Two full new baths and an updated kitchen. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. The location was near Red Hook and just 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Any questions that we had, were immediately answered by the host. It was a great experience
