This was a wonderful condo for my trip. I was there with 2 teenagers and this met all of our needs. The condo is well stocked and location can't be beat.

Bella Mar is exceptional. The pictures do not show how gorgeous it really is. It is so luxurious and everything is new. Kathleen has thought of everything. This is the only place I will stay while vacationing at Sapphire Beach. She has everything you could possibly want. Beach chairs, noodles, all size masks and fins for snorkeling, a place to hang your wet towels and bathing suits, beautiful outdoor table and chairs. There is an outdoor speaker and case for your phone if you want to bring the phone snorkeling. The bed and pillows are sooooo comfortable. I just ordered the same pillows from Amazon for my home. There are luxurious towels in the bathroom. The bathroom is stunning. The bathroom mirror has a setting so that it never fogs up when you shower. This is the only place you should stay while at Sapphire Beach. She even left me a wonderful bottle of Prosecco. Kathleen is the perfect host. I did not want to leave. Thank you Kathleen for sharing your wonderful condo. I will definitely be back next year. Thank you!!!!!!

My husband and I rented this condo in Feb 2026 for a 5 day get away from NC. The condo was perfect! So nicely decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is large with the neatest mirror with lighting and defogger. Cool! I have mobility issues to due to back and hip surgery so the bottom floor was great for me. Just to be able to walk right out to the beach was amazing! The outside sitting area is so nice and perfect in the evening. We sat in the Adirondack chairs in the evening and met so many people who were walking to and from the Beach Bar. The owner has done a great job with this condo and I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sapphire Beach! We even had our wedding on the beach right outside our room—it was magical. Kathleen was amazing and made the entire process so easy. She provided all the information we needed about the area, along with helpful tips and tricks. We truly enjoyed every minute and can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely love this condo! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand and crystal-clear water. The pool on the property is relaxing, with beautiful views and plenty of seating. Having a bar, pizza place, and restaurant right on site is so convenient.The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and has everything we could possibly need. The property manager is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. It’s also only about 5 minutes from Red Hook, where you’ll find great restaurants and nightlife, and just a short drive to many of the island’s most beautiful beaches.This was our second stay here, and we’ll definitely be back again in the future. Highly recommend!

This fantastic unit has an exceptional ocean view, an updated kitchen area, a nicely furnished living area, a comfortable bed and pillows, and a spacious modern bathroom with two sinks. The unit also provides a cooler, chairs, noodles, and snorkel gear for use at the beach or pool. The convenience of having the beach right off the back porch was perfect. There is even a “foot bath” to rinse the sand from your feet at the back porch. The water is changed at least once a day, but more if needed by the groundskeeper. I appreciated Kathleen, the host, answering my questions quickly and thoroughly each time I contacted her. The location is less than two miles from the Red Hook passenger ferry to St. Johns Island and the popular Duffy’s Love Shack restaurant. A great pool, beach bar, and restaurant are just steps away from the unit. We enjoyed breakfast on the back porch and reading in the Adirondack chairs! A place we would love to return to and recommend for others!

I feel we had the perfect spot for what we wanted for our stay in St Thomas ! We loved it . It was close to the beach, food and the view was great . It was not only clean in our condo , the area around it was always kept clean. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Wonderful beach condo

Great condo that is upgraded, clean, well-decorated and has all amenities. Best part is that you walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Sitting on patio was amazing. Beach bar was so fun and Sapphire beach is one of the best on the island. Kimberley communicated well and made the process very easy. Was our first trip to St Thomas, but we can't wait to get back!

Great girls get away location

Kathleen’s property is wonderful! The unit is as described and was very clean when we arrived. Kathleen was prompt in helping us to address an issue (to our own fault) and had someone over right away. I would highly recommend this condo for the location, cleanliness and amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!
