This beautiful house is as described. A perfect place for 3 generations! Having a bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful. Beds were all comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed- 2 refrigerators a definite plus. The pool and deck with comfortable chairs were thoroughly enjoyed. Property manager was very responsive to any question. Snorkeling at the property was a bonus- easy enough for children (8,9,11,12) to enjoy. Red Hook is close but not walkable (narrow, windy roads without sidewalks). A “hidden” path to Lindquist Beach gave easy access. The “no see-ums” at dusk and dawn were annoying and itchy- we just stayed inside! The house is a definite gem!

We were a family of 9 adults & the house was perfect Celebrating 80 birthdays the layout was easy and bedrooms fit all needs for space and privacy Kitchen was well equipped & the dining table was best that we all could sit around and see each otherLocation was very convenient to red hook linguist beach was beautiful Our pool was the best at the end of a busy day Would love a little more view of the water lots of palms blocking views but landscaping was pristine! We hope to make it back again next year !

Unbelievable property! 9 of us had an amazing time and never felt even remotely cramped. The cottage by the water is beautiful, the view is unforgettable. Close to Redhook, but far enough away to seem like you're on a private island. Would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Caribbean Castaway! It was everything we expected and more! The managers were very helpful and accomidating, the home was lovely as were the grounds. We enjoyed snorkeling on location. We loved every aspect of our trip and have had several friends request information for future trips. Family Celebrating My 80th B'day

We had nine adults and one 6 yr old. we all enjoyed the refreshing infinity pool every day. Kitchen allowed us to prepare breakfasts and lunches. Dave greeted us when we arrived, with a tour. Property was well maintained. The covered patio area wrapped around the far end of the house to poolside of the property. the covered area had lighting and fans, allowed us to play table game and eat out side. We enjoyed the access to the Caribbean, caution on the beach. We enjoyed the sand beach at the beach cottage sitting and watching sunsets. We had family photos taken amongst palm trees during the golden hour. The Villa allowed our families to gather around as well as each family had their own space. The Vrbo process to rent this facility was easy, we worked with Joanne Hux. Thank you for this unforgettable family vcation. Tom & Lois

Perfect House & Location

House was absolutely perfect, and probably the best location on the island. Infinity pool & pool deck were great, private beach front to watch sunsets, 5 min walk to Saphire. Can't go wrong with this house. 10 out of 10.

Outstanding Stay

Our family of 9 (including a 2 year old and four year old) had a wonderful stay at this property. The pool, beach and fishing (off the jetty) provided everyone something to do everyday. Also, the short walk to Sapphire beach was a nice treat. No need to leave the property (except to get provisions). Beautiful setting!

The property is super nice. Everything was as described. Very accommodating for six couples. Great amenities and wonderful location. Easy to communicate with owners and management. We took the 5 minute walk to Saphire Beach several times. The water was calm and beautiful with good snorkeling. We used the infinity pool daily and the patios. We cooked on the outdoor grill several times and in the kitchen, which was well stocked with any cookware needed. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Thanks for sharing your paradise with us.

Absolutely a beautiful property. Whole house Sonos sound system and WiFi worked great. Pool was magnificent. Very short walk to Sapphire Beach which is beautiful. Gated community which was secure and safe. Amazing views and snorkeling out back yard. Definitely need a vehicle or taxis to get to Red Hook and Magans Bay Beach. This place is a 5 star !!!

Perfect week

Our stay was amazing. The house and cottage were perfect for our group of 12 adults. We had a wonderful time just relaxing in the property, and the location is perfect to access anything on either island. We are booking a return trip. We have stayed in many Vacation Rentals and this is hands down the nicest stay we have ever had.

This property is beautiful!! It fulfills every aspect of paradise. Plenty of room in and outside of the house. Such a short drive, .9 miles to downtown and beautiful Saphire beach. I would recommend this house to anyone, we will miss it.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Fantastic Villa!! Combo of pool and beach was perfect for our grandkids and family! Snorkeling was terrific!! Location close to Red Hook optimum. Accommodations were excellent…plenty of elbow room for all!! Dawn and Dave were very responsive. Power went out and Dave was there in 10 minutes to start generator!!! Fantastic Family Celebration and Vacation!!! 5 Star!!

Red Hook Reivew

The home is nicely laid out for multiple families. Each bedroom has separate entrance and key lock. The views are beautiful and the grounds well maintained. We really did enjoy the ocean access. We snorkeled regularly off the beach. We were surprised at how much we used the pool where the family came together in the water. The large platform (large flat step) was perfect for our 3 year old grandson. The infinity edge was really nice. They were receptive to emails. The two refrigerators were a nice bonus. Location was perfect. Air conditioning good and large tables for family meals were most appreciated (indoor and out!).

Friendscation 2024 Success!

Perfect House! We have a group of 11 that travel every year together. It'a always a challenge finding a property that fits all our needs, This home was perfect! It's like everyone has their own private large hotel room and bath but with a huge accommodating common area. Large tables for dining, a great kitchen with an extra refrigerator!, fantastic pool, and a beach!! What more could you want. Location is private and quiet, but close to Red Hook for night life, dining, and adventures. I never had to wait more than minutes to get any reply for the hosts and the property mangers were wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend. This might be a first return location for our annual friends trip!! Thank You!
