One Beach Road was exactly as advertised plus a lot more. House was beautiful and view couldn’t be beat. Location was awesome and close to a ton of restaurants and things to do. Our stay at One Beach Road was outstanding. The house layout was perfect for our group, with spacious common areas and comfortable bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of room.The pool and views were absolutely stunning—we spent hours enjoying both. Beautiful place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in St. Thomas! The home was spacious, clean, and offered a perfect balance of privacy while still being conveniently close to the market, restaurants, and other beaches. We quite enjoyed the views and wildlife from the outdoor seating areas. The walkable trails to nearby beaches was a great perk. Julie was an excellent host, providing great recommendations, and the grocery delivery service made settling in so easy.A few things to keep in mind: sound carries easily inside the villa, so even with a white noise machine, we could hear conversations and movement from the common areas. The WiFi didn’t quite reach the annex, which was a bit of an inconvenience for those staying there. Also, maneuvering cars through the gate was a little tight and stressful. Some of us found the beds too firm, while others were very comfortable.

5-Star Review for ONE BEACH ROAD, St. Thomas USVIOur group of four couples stayed at ONE BEACH ROAD in mid-February 2025, and it was an incredible experience. The house and location were absolutely fantastic. Nestled on the edge of Smith Bay, the views of the surrounding islands were stunning.The pool and hot tub were highlights for us—being able to relax in fresh water while listening to the waves and gazing out over the sand and ocean was pure paradise. The peninsula location brought some wind but also provided breathtaking views.Julie, the homeowner, was extremely responsive to any questions, making the stay even more enjoyable. The Sonos audio system was a great touch, allowing us to easily set the perfect vibe throughout the house.The location was ideal, with a very short walk to Pelican Beach and Lindqvist Beach. For those looking for a bit more adventure, a longer walk takes you to Sapphire Beach, where there’s a fun beach bar.We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a luxurious and scenic getaway in St. Thomas. It’s hard to think of anything that could have made our stay better!

Family Vacation

The property is just as listed and so much more!! It is amazing! The views are to die for! The home has everything you could ever want or need..and more. The pool, the hot tub, the kitchen, living room...every detail was thought of. The beds were so comfortable! We were able to snorkel out front even though it was a bit rough, but that was from the tradewinds at the time we were there. We saw fish and even a manta-or stingray! Julie coordinated with our delivery person for our grocery delivery and helped us through the process. Julie also gave great recommendations on snorkeling at Coki..fish, fish and more fish!! We also enjoyed a walk to Sapphire Beach and Pelican Beach! But honestly you dont even have to leave the property, it has everything! Even the exercise room made me actually want to work out..killer views from there! Julie was extra accomodating..and saved us when my husband put our things in the safe...without a code..and locked it... 1 million percent recommend this property! Julie is the best and you definitely won't be disappointed with your stay here! We hope to rent again in the future!

Family Trip

House was just as described. Perfect for our families post Christmas trip. The owner is more than easy to communicate with. You honestly don’t have to leave the house if you don’t want to. Our only disappointment was having to leave a day early due to the snow storm headed to Atlanta. Highly recommend this property.

Incredible Views & Property

10/10! The house and our experience exceeded our expectations. Julie was so accommodating and helpful and answered all of our questions. She even shared videos of paths to take us to local beaches. Jill met us at the house and made us feel so welcome. From the moment you enter the house you can't help but feel you are someplace special! All of the rooms have great views and have comfortable beds and linens. I can't think of anything negative to say. We loved the location of the house. We felt like we were so far away from everything since the house felt so private, but we were also so close to town where we could shop for groceries and take day trips. You won't regret renting One Beach Road. We will be back!

Property was as advertised. Stunning water views, infinity pool, hot tub, and jetty. It was our dream come true for a PRIVATE beach wedding. The neighbors can not see the yard due to vegetation (Mangroves/palms etc). We had the pleasure of having 16 family and friends join us for the wedding. Only 10 people stayed on site. It was worked out amazing. Our host/ owner Julie was very communicative and responded immediately with any concerns. We all made wonderful memories. One helpful note to those never to the Caribbean ***You MUST bring bug spray. The no see ums are our worse enemy. Dawn and Dusk you have to put on protection they are relentless little creatures. Other than the no see ums there was absolutely no other negatives. This property is absolutely stunning and the decor is awesome! I slept like a baby (the pillows were perfect! Love,love, loved our time there!

awesome family trip

This property was amazing! We loved everything about it! The pool and the beach right on the property were perfect. There is honestly no need to leave if you don't want t!! We had 12 adults, 4 couples stayed in the main house and 4 20 year olds stayed in the apartment! It was perfect for us. The snorkeling right on the property was fantastic!!! I would highly recommend this property and Julie the host was great. We are hoping we can come back some day!! It was the best vacation for our family with so many great memories!!😊

Life's short- Take the Trip!

After a health scare in our family was resolved, my wife and I decided to take a trip to St. Thomas with our 4 children, our daughter's spouse, and 3-year-old grandson. One Beach Road was a perfect fit for us. Not only is the house and view stunning, but it also met the needs of our family perfectly, which includes our 12-year-old son with Down syndrome who has mobility issues. The infinity pool, easy access to the ocean, the jetty perfect for fishing, the centrally located kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms made this home a dream come true. We enjoyed having a chef to the home to cook several magnificent dinners for us, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and having a professional photographer take many great family photos. And, Julie, the property manager, was so easy to correspond with for any questions we had. This beach house is unparalleled!

Birthday Trip

We just spent my wife's 40th birthday week at One Beach and it was everything plus more!! From the initial check in to helping with Taxi contacts the manager and owner were awesome! Anytime we had a question they responded promptly and handled the it and stayed in touch to make sure everything was good. The house was stunning and the pool and private beach were everything we couldve asked for!! We snorkled everyday and the reef right in front of the house offered a variety of fish and coral to explore. Thinking of staying at One Beach then go ahead you will not be disappointed!! Highly recommend Julie's property!!!!

We had the most wonderful stay. House is everything you expect it to be and was so fully stocked with what we needed we could not believe it. Location was stunning and we did everything, including snorkeling in the bay out back. Beautiful!!!
