Communication with owner was immediate and easy. He provided in-depth information about the island and shared a clean, comfortable property with us. Property conveniently located by restaurants and convenience/grocery store. Would definitely stay again!

Couldn’t have been more pleased

From the initial contact to leaving the condo, it was great. Mike responds very quickly and is easy to deal with. He has written up a whole guide to the condo and island that is super helpful. The property is as described and more. The kitchen has all the cooking implements and dishes you might want. Bathrooms were plenty large with hot showers and good water pressure. The code for the door was convenient since we all came and went at different times. The pool outside the patio was lovely, perfect temp and never too loud. A/C works great. Couches and chairs were cushy. Loved it all and hated to leave.

I liked the fully stocked kitchen and pool and beach supplies provided. The biggest plus is the view of the sea; just gorgeous!!!!

This property was the best. The location was outstanding and the grounds were kept up. Of course it also helped that it was right on the Bolongo Bay. The unit we were in was clean, beds comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and clean (I pay particular attention to bathrooms) Mike is a great host and communicates very well. We felt veryl safe and there was someone there just checking things out. We will go there again. Only great things to say. It wlas beautiful. We were there May 10 to 16, 2025 Property is close to Red Hook. FYI If you buy groceries at the big stores, you may need to purchase a membership. Thank you Mike for making our vacation wonderful.

LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS IS THE PLACE!

From the amazing view to the updated, clean space to the treasure trove of information the host gives on things to do and see on St. Thomas and St. John, THIS is the place you want to stay! The pool is literally right outside the back door with the ocean and a nice beach to relax on and enjoy the sounds of the waves rolling. The condo was so fresh and clean! Owners gave us a ton of ideas of activities to do with our teens and some awesome restaurants to try. We will definitely return!

This condo is in an ideal location. Close to the pool, but private. Friendly people and good restaurants nearby. The owner was great to deal with and provided an itinerary of things to do. We all enjoyed our stay.

Pre Christmas Scuba Trip

On short notice we put together an awesome scuba trip which was based on our beautiful stay at Watergate Villas. The information packet was very helpful. The best beaches were Coki and Magens. We dove with Aqua Marine out of Redhook.

Lovely view of the pool and the bay. The owner was very accommodating. The two restaurants within walking distance both on the property and at the resort next door were convenient and had good food.

AMAZING Location!

I can't rave enough about this incredible unit! The overall location was absolutely ideal, offering a picturesque view of the bay, proximity to the beach, and easy access to excellent restaurants. Additionally, the unit's position within the property was unbeatable. Being on the first level, we enjoyed the convenience of walking out from our porch straight to the pool in 30 seconds. The view of the bay from our porch was breathtaking, making our mornings and evenings truly special. The on-site restaurant, Mim's, located right on the waterfront, offered amazing food and cocktails. Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, a nearby neighbor, also served up delicious meals and fantastic drinks. My husband and our two kids, aged 19 and 14—took the Discover Scuba Course and absolutely fell in love with diving. They're all eager to get their dive certifications now! Mike, our host, was outstanding. His communication was top-notch, and his detailed document full of valuable information and recommendations made our stay seamless. We followed his advice throughout our trip, and every suggestion was spot on. Thanks to Mike's phenomenal recommendations, we had an unforgettable trip. We took the car ferry over to St. John, visited Cinnamon Bay Beach, and had an incredible lunch at Skinny Legs. Another highlight was our day at Magens Bay Beach, which was absolutely stunning. I can't wait to return to St. Thomas and stay in this EXACT unit!

Perfect place to stay in St. Thomas

In searching for a place for me, my husband and 2 of our sons (21 and 17) to spend our vacation in St. Thomas, I came across this place. It was exactly what we needed for space, with one of the bedrooms allowing for the bed to be a king or two twin beds. It is exactly as the pictures show. The property was very clean and a perfect central location. The only thing between the unit and the ocean is the pool, which I found to be rare for what I was looking for in a property. Mike was extremely easy to get in touch with both before our stay and during our stay. He provides a great "handbook" that gives really good information on the area. It helped immensely in planning what places to visit and good suggestions on where to eat.

STT Family and Friends trip

We enjoyed this special place. The condo is next to the pool (we were often the only ones there) and steps away from the ocean. What a view! We enjoyed our coffee on the porch each morning. Later in the day, we walked to a few restaurants and we enjoyed our meals at each of the restaurants. Our host was very informative and was available when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again. It was a quiet, relaxing environment.

Has a beautiful view of pool and ocean with gorgeous sunrises, on lowest floor with open porch right beside pool for better or worse, plenty of iguanas - do not feed them. Condo complex has bright lights at night obscuring views of stars and sky. Good beach equipment on hand to use. Property manager very responsive with lots of helpful info and tips.

Great 2 bedroom rental

Communication with the renter was phenomenal! Mike had advice or an answer for everything! Place was clean, had everything we needed and was in a great central location for what we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time on Bolongo Bay. Actually met Mike the host and he's an awesome dude! Place was clean and the unit was quiet. Upclose parking and a beautiful ocean view. Going back in the near future.

Mike was an exceptional host. He stayed in constant contact calling & sending a 14 page pdf prior to our trip with recommendations on restaurants, shopping & excursions that made our trip so much easier. He stayed in contact up to the day of our departure. We highly recommend booking with him.

As a last minute stay, we couldn’t have been happier. Everything we needed was right here. Two restaurants, pool, relaxing, peaceful with waves crashing right outside the door. Communication was quick, easy Can’t wait to return!

Great place with fantastic views

Mike was very communicative and helpful. Upon booking, he emails a TOME of information that is immensely helpful, especially if this is your first time in the islands. He covers everything from car rentals, idiosyncrasies specific to the unit, packing suggestions, favorite haunts, best activities and so much more! The condo is perfect for a family of 4 and pool and beach access is primo! There were pool floats, snorkel sets for 4 adults and 1 child, beach chairs, and sand toys! We really enjoyed our time in Mike's place and in the Virgin Islands.
