Wonderful

For the past 10 years, our group of 8-9 family members travels together to stay at a beach house in the Caribbean in the summer. This was the best rental that accommodated all of us beautifully. House is actually even better than the pictures, and views were phenomenal!

Breath taking property with gracious hosts

We stayed at the Villa for a week with a party of 10, enjoying the natural beauty surrounding the villa. The views were amazing and very calm quiet community. The house was amazing. Perfectly set up for a family to stay and enjoy each other’s company in the cozy atmosphere along with everything that’s required to provide daily meals. Tressa was very accommodating and made the entire process very easy and quick. We would definitely stay her again!

Wonderful Spring Break

Lovely villa

Everything about Villa Del Mar was exceptional. So well-stocked for our family of 8. We really enjoyed having coffee on the patio watching the sun come up. The view is spectacular. We had a wonderful time.

Indescribable!

This was one of the best trips we have ever had. The vie from Villa Del Mar is surreal. The home was immaculate and so well stocked! From a Ninja to plentiful beach chairs and everything in between, Tressa thought of everything. Through Villa Del Mar, we were connected with Caribbean Concierge. They orchestrated our driver (Mike was great!) and all of our activities. After we checked out, Tressa texted to let me know we had left something behind. She then drove into town to meet us before we left for the airport. We all were in tears not wanting the trip to end. We ate already looking at our schedule for next year!

Spectacular Villa Stay

Our stay at Villa Del Mar in St. Thomas was incredible thanks to this beautiful villa and the owner, Tressa. Everything about our stay there was perfect but what stood out the most was the patio and pool. The view from the patio took our breath away every single time with its beauty. Our favorite thing to do was to relax on the patio, swim in the pool and take in the view. My husband and I came with our grown children and their significant others so we were 4 couples. There was more than enough room for all of us and Tressa is so well organized that we even had 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkels for all and coolers for the beach. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and because of that we only ate out once during our week stay. There is also a great barbecue grill on the patio so we were able to have a barbecue for a few dinners. The lovely bedrooms are all large with very comfortable beds and there is an amazing outdoor shower as well.The Villa is extremely clean and well cared for. In the evening we enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couches in the living room. Tressa was always available to answer our questions and give us good tips on beaches, places to go and much more which meant a lot to us. She was extremely accommodating and very helpful with quick replies to all my texts and emails. We thank Tressa for sharing her home with us and the next time we are in St Thomas we will definitely be staying here again!

Holiday Family Fun and Adventure in a GORGEOUS ESTATE

Everything about Villa del Mar is wonderful and the views are stunning! The open design of the great room and kitchen, only steps away from the pool, are perfect for cooking, big family meals, playing games, and relaxing. The outdoor dining and lounge area and infinity edge pool are the place to be when you aren't off exploring the surrounding towns and beaches, all within a 10-20 minute drive. The side patio/lounge area also has great views and was big enough for us to set up a mini pickleball court. Tressa, the property manager, and the Concierge Team were outstanding. Every question about the house was answered quickly. Planning from rental cars, dinners, a perfect catamaran excursion, and everything in between, was absolutely perfect! 5 STARS across the board.

Incredible Villa

THE VIEW from the pool is worth the price - just stunning! The house was the best equipped rental we've ever had - plenty of paper products, coffee, cleaning products, spices, etc. The outdoor shower was a show stopper! I would certainly come back to stay here!

Our whole group gasped in amazement when we drove up and saw the view and then entered the villa and saw the accommodations. It was truly breathtaking, inside and out and set up perfectly to serve our group. The property manager responded quickly to all of our inquiries. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful Home!!

Villa Delmar is an amazing home! The location is spectacular. We stayed there for 7 amazing nights, from start to finish the communication with Tressa was perfect, we vacation at least once a year in St Thomas and have rented many homes, this home will exceed your expectations on every level from communication, location, cleanliness, the people they have that keep this home are amazing too based on the condition the home was left for us. Dream vacation

The property is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The house was extremely clean and all essentials provided. We did not have to ask for anything to be fixed, changed or restocked over the 6 days we were there. Melissa, our concierge, was always attentive, helpful and quick with responses to requests and questions. Tressa, the owner, was also accessible, friendly and informative. While the house was great, the stay was worth it if only for the view off the back pool area. Sunrise was the highlight of my day, drinking coffee in quiet solitude. I highly recommend staying at Villa Del Mar on any trip to St. Thomas. I will not stay anywhere else.

Great Property

We were stunned by the beauty of this property as soon as we walked in. The view of the ocean sitting in the pool is gorgeous. Property was well equipped with anything you might need utensils, towels, beach chairs, even a beach bag. We had a couple questions about how to operate lights and pool. We emailed the owner and she responded within 30-45 minutes. I would definitely stay again at this property.

Great Place in St. Thomas

Beautiful! The view from all of the balconies and pool is priceless. Very spacious for multiple families. Lots of living space both inside and out. At first we were worried about separate entrances to the rooms for our older kids, not a problem at all! Beds and bedding were all very comfortable. Big kitchen to make meals in, lots of dishes, could use a few more cooking utensils. We hired a chef two nights, amazing! Highly recommend Chef Angelo, one of the a recommended chefs from the concierge. Concierge also provided great grocery service. We loved our trip! Lots of close beaches and activities to do. Small convenient store close by, Mandahl Market, they had lots of last minutes needs.

Villa Del Marvelous!!!

Our family or 8 arrived in 2 groups late in the afternoon to see th stunning views from this beautiful villa, all rooms were beautifully furnished, all amenities Thoughtfully provided, views from the deck of the infinity pool were amazing in all directions. There were so many spots to read in privacy or to gather for games and the great room could hold us all. We toured the island, snorkeled at trunk bay, kayaked at Magens bay and had a lovely dinner at the old farm house restaurant! Fabulous birthday celebration place. We would go back and will recommend it to friends!
