Super clean, staff was really nice. Loved that the pool closed at 10pm. Food was really good.

Entry door was moldy and wet (have pictures), kitchenet and bathroom was on top of each other, very tight spaces. Only one restaurant on the resort and doesn't open till 11 AM weekdays and 10 AM weekends, terrible service.

Being talked into a two hour time share presentation after a day of flying, lost an entire day to do this presentation and there wasn’t a taxi for the ride back like they promised there would be very disappointed.

The room was clean. Only had an issue with the AC leaking. Maintenance came out look at it, put towels down.... The staff eas very friendly and helpful each time we needed a taxi. Didn't see anyone with their pets, but i did see a cat, chickens, and a crab on the property, lol.

Room very cute and accommodating. Me and my husband brought our 21 yr old daughter and it was nice that our king size bed was in the loft area so our daughter had the downstairs area with the pull out sofa and balcony to give her space as well. The only negative of the room was the carpet had a couple of stains that should have been treated/cleaned.

Great resort. I chose it for having both ocean access and a great pool. The room was spacious for myself and two teens. Also, having a full size refrigerator AND laundry facilities available is also a huge perk!
Tidal pools were accessible from the beach.

THIS IS NOT HOTEL! It’s TIMESHARE OWNER! We searched for hotel and resort and this Limetree showed up so we booked on this place then when we got there the receptionist said we don’t have reservations on this place, we showed our receipt but she still can’t find it then she said they send your name to our sister hotel which is on the other side of the Island and not what we booked for. We drove to the other hotel. Our room was facing the parking lot and too far from the beach, but we book front beach room not this crap. The beach was polluted can’t swim on it it’s too many boats. Then we talk to the manager the next day. The manager apologized then she sent us back to the original hotel that we asked “Limetree hotel”. We made another deposit again and energy bills again. So we finally went back to Limetree the concierge told us that “they prioritize only the Timeshare holders”. because that place is only for them and the owner always put it on the third party vendors and every time that happens they have to send those customers to their sister hotel without telling us! It’s exclusive for timeshare holders unless it’s a lot of empty rooms. BTW you don’t get a house keeper in that hotel. They only clean it after you check out. We stayed for 4 nights and they told us that. I asked for clean towels and nothing showed up. BTW the beach is very rocky try not to break your ankle. SAVE YOURSELF FROM STRESS! DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU ARE TIMESHARE HOLDERS

We searched only for hotel and resort then we booked to this hotel and when we got there they said we have no reservation at their hotel and they sent us to their sister hotel which is not the hotel that we wanted. Then we talked to the hotel manager the next morning and she manage to send us back to the Limetree hotel and the concierge told us that that because that hotel is only for TIMESHARE holders and that’s the first priority and if you are not they will send you to their sister hotel which is not what we wanted and it didn’t say that at all on the website that it’s timeshare hotel. We stayed for 4 days and no house keeper at all from that hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with amazing staff at the front desk and that cater to your room needs. The pool was phenomenal with a hilarious bartender named Chris. Excellent service everywhere.

The property itself is between 3-4 stars. It was fine for the price I paid however the Timeshare pressure was ridiculous. They don’t mention that when you’re booking this place. They really push you and once you agree (if you agree) it’s very unorganized! We got off the plane, very jet-lagged and tired. They pressured us into an immediate timeshare presentation while we waited on our room to be ready. They shuffled us to an entirely different location and once we got there, those at the actual place said they were fully booked. We wasted hours of out time!!! Not the ideal way to start your vacation. No compensation for this whatsoever. Then, when we finally got into our room, it wasn’t at all what we reserved! We reserved the suite with a walk-up loft area. I really wanted to complain but immediately thought of that White Lotus episode where the guy wasn’t satisfied with his room. 😂 I was just over it and wanted to relax. In addition to that, there was no room service during our stay! We are low maintenance but it would’ve been nice to have our room refreshed. If you opt to stay here, just forego the Timeshare presentation and enjoy your vacay. Other guests have said they had the typical time suck nightmare experience as well… And ensure your room type when you check in! Have them put it in the notes. They said we had the walk-up loft area upon checking in but when we got to the room hours later, it was a small hotel/type room.

The location is superb! The landscaping is beautiful and though an older property, it was very well maintained. We loved not having to leave the property to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Market was great for room snacks and incidentals. The pergolas overlooking the beach and ocean was a favorite spot. The nicely "zone" designed pool with the bar was a delight late in the day. The studio was nicely appointed with a very comfortable king bed in a private sleeping space, but the stairs took time getting use to. There was no office center and service overall was slow.
